Wonderful property
The property is beautiful: spotlessly clean and full of home-from-home comforts. We have been visiting Porthtowan for many years and usually stay at Towan Valley: this property was one of the best we have experienced. The hosts are charming and extremely hospitable: we would stay here again in a heart beat.

Porthtowan holiday
Arrived at the property at 5pm, could not access the property until then due to the property having a deep clean between each use due to Covid. A welcome pack was very appreciated, tea/coffee, milk, biscuits and fresh flowers. The property was clean, well equipped and very comfortable including the beds (a must)!! We couldn’t fault anything about the property at all. Towan Valley Resort was a peaceful place and only a short walk to the beach and local coastal walks which were breathtaking. I will definitely book this property again, no hesitation!

An excellent base for a family holiday by the beach.
An excellent base for a family holiday by the beach. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for a family of 4. Even with all the covid restrictions we didn't feel like we were left wanting anything in the accomodation. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a wonderful holiday at Porhellik.
We had a wonderful holiday at Porhellik. Even with the changes in place due to Covid-19, it was a much needed, thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The property was bright, fresh and immaculately clean. The WiFi connection worked fantastically, great for WiFi calling as phone signal is patchy (understandable considering where it is located). There was more than enough room for all 6 of us. It was lovely and warm, and all windows open well for fresh air. The outside tap is a great help for washing off sand on the way back from the beach. Another wonderful stay at Porhellik! The property is perfectly sized and equipped for our family of 2 adults and 4 boys (13, 10, 7 & 5 yrs). Porthtowan is a great location and the house is 5 mins walk to the lovely beach. The village is small, with two friendly pubs and a couple of shops, which we prefer and a good starting point for some beautiful coastal walks.

great accommodation, do think you need to mention up a steep incline, one of my group has crippling arthritis so was unable to walk into porthtowen. Also car parking, thankfully there car park was empty as there was no way we could get both out cars in one space. The house was fantastically well equipt, very comfortable and clean. we had a great time, the unicorn pub was great as was the victory.

Just superb.
Just superb. A lovely place, in a great setting. Superbly well equipped with everything you could possibly need, clearly well thought through and considerate of previous customers feedback. Clean, comfortable, and with the beach and coast path right on the doorstep, no need to play car park games which in August in Cornwall is a big consideration! The tea, coffee and biccies on arrival along with the voucher for the local pub were great additional touches. Will certainly stay here again.
