The property is one of the few in the village to have a large garden / terrace, furnished, with barbecue area, outdoor dressing room and shower. Inside it is composed of a large living area, with dining table and living room, a functional kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom. Upstairs, a loft and accessible by a small staircase, there are three bedrooms: one double, one single and one double.
