Lovely old cottage,we had a great time,ok it's quirky but everything you'd need, we were able to have plenty of space and comfy beds, either cooked our own meals in the well equipped kitchen or had a takeaway from the restaurant opposite as a treat.Malvin and Carol were so friendly and helpful, leaving us coffee, tea and biscuits and fresh flowers, thank you.We had a return visit to Sculthorpe Owl and Hawk Trust,we love it there, went early and had it to ourselves more or less.So many places to visit,or just wander around the village . Lovely little cottage with lots of space.

Lovely little cottage with lots of space. Everything you could need is provided- it's a home from home. Owner left milk, T bags, coffee and orange juice for our arrival which was a lovely touch. There is a super garden that gets the sun all day - the picture of it really doesn't do it justice It is in a quiet village so you need to drive to go anywhere but the main road is close and everywhere was easy to get to. Would definately reccomend this place. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Bay house, Fakenham needs to be inspected, SHABBY

Very shabby, ( apart from kitchen and bathroom ) In need of major updating, First impression, awfull. Inside porch has unpleasant smell, old wellie boots left in there, half used paint tins, barb b q. lawnmower. lots of thick black cobwebs. Lounge passable, but armchair filthy and worn through to the stuffing. All furniture very dated and not in good nick. Twin bedroom had filthy skirting boards. Lots of chipped paintwork throughout. Needs redecorating, had large crack in 2 of the bedrooms. Understairs cupboard which stored ironing board, childgate etc, was a hugh mess and smelled awfull. Some items left in cupboards, some out of date. First aid items under the sink went out of date in 1993 Garden not child friendly, brambles & holly bushes, very messy. I could go on. very dissappointed with the property. It needs to be inspected.
