Considering it is more like a lodge it was exceptionally clean and cosy. Great access to the superb river fishing straight from the garden. It was a quiet location and near enough to all the places you would want to visit. Beds were comfy and good equipment. Can’t fault it tbh. Would love to go back Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Modern well appointed and with great views over River Yare we found that Summertime was an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday with all our needs catered for. I particularly liked the easy access to good fishing with a useful store shed with bait fridge and light. Wi-Fi was fitted the week we were there!

We enjoyed the experience of life on the riverside! To be able to relax and recharge our batteries and to catch a first fish at the age of 71 has to bring a smile to your face ??

A clean, comfortable and well equipped property with everything you need. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The Riverside setting is very relaxing watching the wildlife and the boats passing on the way to the Marina. Yare Pub in walking distance serving good food and local shops nearby as is the railway for trains to Norwich and Great Yarmouth.

Cottage needs WiFi so holiday makers can find local attractions. Stunning location - so peaceful. A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would be useful. Shower can be temperamental but once set it was fine.

we enjoyed our holiday but it would have been helpful to have had wifi. no problems as such, but my husband had to mend the wardrobe door in the double bedroom, as it was coming off its hinches and rattled when you walked past it.
