Oakleigh is a wonderful cottage with fantastic views from the conservatory and is a very comfortable place to stay. The two bathrooms are great asset in a small cottage, especially for a party of adults. It was spotlessly clean and the beds and linen were of great quality. We will definItely stay again.

Oakleigh Cottage is ideally situated for visiting the Conwy and surrounding area.
Oakleigh Cottage is ideally situated for visiting the Conwy and surrounding area. We enjoyed visits to Snowdon, Anglesey and The Great Orme. A car is a necessity if staying at this cottage. The views from the garden are amazing and the location is quiet. We would recommend this cottage and feel sure that we will return in the future.

A very comfortable stay and an excellent cottage.
A very comfortable stay and an excellent cottage. We were fortunate that the next door cottage was unoccupied; had it been occupied with noisy people/children then the tranquility would have been spoilt.

This cottage is very peaceful in a quiet location but also on site there’s a few animals and a pancake house (definitely visit that and definitely book in advance!). It has stunning views at the back and our children were delighted one morning when the chickens etc from the on site centre came to the back of the garden fence and we could feed them. The cottage is quite traditional and could do with some updating. I’m also glad we took our travel blackout blind as the main bedroom was very bright with the curtains closed. The owners had left instructions of how to operate everything (apart from the electric hob - unless we just didn’t look well for it) and the kitchen was really well equipped, although could do with some non stick pans. A nice little touch was some chocolates, biscuits, tea bags and milk on arrival. Conwy and Llandudno were only a short drive away which was great. They provided a few games, CD’s and DVD’s but if you have children I’d recommend taking your own too. We didn’t realise the tv was smart tv until we were leaving as we’d only used the sky remote (there’s no sky channels though) which is a shame as we could have used our Netflix account when the kids were in bed. In summary, this cottage has a lot to offer but could do with some investment. We had a lovely stay thank you.
