This lovely semi-detached farmhouse is set overlooking the beautiful scenic countryside, situated on a 200-acre working farm.. Ground Floor:

Sitting-out area and garden furniture. Shared enclosed lawned garden. Shared 200-acre grounds (farmland). Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced river and stream within the grounds of the property. The shared garden is accessed across the yard.. Ty Coch Cottage is part of the owner’s large traditional farmhouse situated on a 200-acre working Welsh farm. The spacious cottage has exposed stone walls and beams, and faces onto the farmyard with a seating area in front and a garden across the yard. The comfortable accommodation offers three bedrooms with views out over the scenic countryside. The owners will be happy to advise you about available walks across the farmland at different times of the year according to where animals are grazing.
This countryside location feels a million miles from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and yet you are just a few miles from the coastal towns and villages of the stunning Heritage coastline of Ceredigion. There are beautiful beaches and coastal walks to discover and many of the beaches are dog friendly right through the year. Discover quaint New Quay, where houses, pubs and restaurants cling to the sides of the hills overlooking the sheltered harbour and blue waters of the bay. Bottlenose dolphins are resident in these waters and can often be seen either from the harbour wall or more close up on a boat trip. It’s no wonder poet Dylan Thomas found this place such an inspiration when he lived here.
The picturesque Georgian town of Aberaeron with its colourful houses is well worth a visit and it offers seafood restaurants and chic shops as well as the famous honey ice cream. The mountainous region of the Cambrians is a great place to explore and offers fantastic views and miles of peaceful walking. Visit Aberystwyth with its long promenade and electric cliff railway, take the steam train to Devil’s Bridge, or visit Strata Florida Abbey, one of Wales’ most important historical sites. Shop 3.5 miles and pub 3 miles.
