A great stay

The accommodation is compact and provides everything that is described. You wouldn’t try to cook a three course meal in the kitchen but why would you when the pub and cafe are across the road. My only criticism is that the couches are not comfortable and television is very limited. A few complimentary DVD’s would be a nice addition.

A cosy cottage opposite an excellent cafe

In cold weather the cottage warmed rapidly and was very cosy. Well situated for visiting the National Park, for walking, and for visiting Chatsworth and Haddon Hall. The road just outside is quite busy, but the noise is not a problem inside the house. The nearby pub is not bad, but the cafe opposite is superb. We really enjoyed our stay.
