*** The house is located in one of the most harmonious and quiet streets in the center of Bologna. Nice modern apartment equipped with all comforts, very bright and quiet on the first floor in a condominium with its red colors reminiscent of historic Bologna. The 42 square meter apartment has a living area with a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge and freezer, kitchen utensils and an electric kettle; living room with double sofa bed and television. Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and bedside tables with lampshades. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, toilet and bidet. Terrace overlooking the inner courtyard, with outdoor furniture (table and two chairs) and locker. Other services available to guests: drying rack, iron, hair dryer, free wifi, independent heating (without electric heaters) and air conditioning, a splitter in the living area.
ATTENTION: work in progress inside the building and in the adjacent building. The works will be from 8.00 to 18.00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

*** The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. We are available to guests for any requests and information. For any unforeseen or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

*** All the identity documents of the residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. Late check in: - From 21:30 - 23:00 - Euro 25.00 - From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30,00 - From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40,00 To be able to arrange your check in as best as possible, please inform us of your arrival time at our Key Holder in advance. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash upon arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.
