Within walking distance is Honey Suckle Farm a great day out for children offering delicious ice-cream and cart rides. Also, Wassand Hall a grand Regency House and walled garden (open on selected days) and Hornsea Mere (that has over 250 species of birds) a cafe and opportunities for sailing, fishing or feeding your leftover crusts to the ducks and swans.
