Lovely peaceful location and we overall enjoyed our stay.

Lovely peaceful location and we overall enjoyed our stay. A couple of issues prevented the score being 10s with the property ie the smell of damp and mould on the side of the sofa nearest the french doors, kitchen pans and utensils were greasy and required washing before use, the shower wasn’t the best due to the water pressure. The rear of the garden wasn’t secure which allowed our two spaniels to escape into a neighbours garden. Overall the price we paid to include the dogs was rather expensive but wouldn’t rule out staying again which would be dependent on the price.

The Hollies was in a lovely quiet location , just as the description and pictures indicated.

The Hollies was in a lovely quiet location , just as the description and pictures indicated. The accommodation was nice and comfortable. The only thing I would ask is whether some hooks could be put up to hang coats etc. The building was nice and clean . I felt the cooker was a little dated. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. It was lovely to find a place that suited all our needs , especially one that takes dogs. It has an enclosed garden, ground floor facilities and a shower, a difficult combination to find.

The cabin was lovely and clean, excellent location if you like it quite, the cabin was very dog friendly, they loved the garden. The only bad thing was the shower and lack of hot water. A good investment would be wifi. We will definitely be coming back.
