Poor management company
The owner and management company have terrible communication. It took 17 VRBO messages to check in and confirm our dates and contract, 4 hours and 2 days. We had to text at least 10 times to coordinate check in. This was a nightmare. There were practically no amenities, few glasses. They sprayed so much air freshener that we had headaches. The picture of the condo shows a huge window view of the lake was not true we looked at a hospital. I think the owner is nice and good but the management team is terrible, we wasted a full day trying to just check in.

Very average
Unfortunately the pictures do not really represent how average or maybe below average this apartment is. For the money we paid for this we expected a whole lot more. It was marginally clean, lots of long black hairs everywhere, on the bed, on the floors, on the sinks, etc. The TV was unplugged but even when plugged in was working only intermittently, I had to unplug it and plug it back in to make it work. Laundry is closed, as in not working even though the listing mentioned washer in the apartment. There were empty bottles under the sink and when I asked the manager he didn't say that the cleaners didn't take them out, he just said they were returnable, very weird. Huge iron imprint on the old carpet, thankfully he said they knew about this. Location is fine, but overall rather disappointing. We had to pick up and drop off the keys somewhere else also. There are plenty of hotels and apartments in Bariloche, just find something that's worth the price

Muy buena localización, muy limpio. La emplesa es muy sinpatica. Yo aconsejo que vengan que van a pasar lindo. Aos brasileiros, podem se hospedar aqui sem problemas, apartamento com bons equipamentos, perto da rua Mitre, com transporte na porta.
