About the host
Hosted by Dorothea Orme

Crazily busy mother of 8 fantastic young men and women, (Doryenna, the eldest is pictured with me in my photo) and 5 gorgrandaughters. Not satisfied with running a business and bringing up a huge family I decided to return to education in 2015 and completed my BA Spatial Design degree in 2017 and now at the end of my MA Design course at University of Plymouth which I have absolutely loved. I am seriously considering a PHD so watch this space.
Why they chose this property
I love this cosy house as it's in a convenient location with the added bonus of garage parking. The Coach House is a very popular holiday home and Plymouth Hoe is just the best place to live (in my opinion) as it offers everything that the Coast and the City has to offer. Nestled in a quiet and popular residential street, you can relax or be where the fun is in a few minutes! Sunny and bright, yet cosy and warm in the winter months which explains it's popularity.
What makes this property unique
The little courtyard garden at the side of the Coach House is also where you enter the property. Great for 'al fresco' meals or just sitting in the sunshine.
Just 3 minutes walk to the Seafront and 5 minutes walk from the city centre and the Barbican which makes it a big plus.
The integral garage space means you can park and forget about the car as you don't need to drive if you're based in the city centre for the university or colleges. A very popular property for the graduation ceremonies on Plymouth Hoe.
