Rome Apartment in the Centre of Everything

This property was a delight - we could walk anywhere in Rome in about 30 minutes. There were restaurants and bars minutes from our door. We cooked a couple of meals in the apartment. There was room to relax. It was wonderful

What I sent to the host

I want to thank you for the lovely stay at your apartment. Because I did not receive message back from you Friday, we left the damaged suitcase in the apartment to be discarded. Thank you for handling that. A few maintenance issues 1. Bathroom A. Hand held shower does not stay up. It appears the inner rubber is missing. B. Shower door rubber seal at bottom broken, causing floor outside door to get very wet C. Bathroom light too weak to see to apply make up 2. Lights A. Lights over counter island, only one working B. Light over yellow stand not working C. No closet light. Difficult to discern clothes 3. Pull down shutter in kitchen non functioning. 4. Garbage cans in kitchen not labeled ie paper, glass, etc. Again we come to Rome often and loved the location of your flat. However, since we unpack even for overnight visits. Therefore if the bedside tables had 2 drawers each and a drawe unit under the tv, it would be much easier to book. Again thanks, Patsy Bagully

Perfect location!!

This was the perfect little place for two people!! The location was wonderful! Ready to get everywhere (walkable to all major locations). Easy in and out. We felt safe. And there is a handy little elevator up to the fourth floor! Definitely recommend!

Great location

The apartment location is great, within a short walking distance from all tourist attractions and close to many great restaurants. The kitchenette is well equipped and the bed, pillows and towels were good. Although the apartment is small, it was fine for one person. I would be happy to return.

Great location! Small but nice apartment

This small but adequate apartment is well located. The property manager met us to let us into the apartment. Although it is small, it is in a good location. Lack of seating other than the bed was a problem.

Small but Mighty

This is a really cute efficiency in a great location, just outside of the chaotic tourist sections but close enough to reach all of the major sites on foot. Great restaurants within a few hundred yards. Explore the smaller alleys nearby when you are navigating through the city for some pleasant surprises. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. Great value for the amenities and location.

Perfect Place

Small but worked for us as a couple. Very, very clean and extremely convenient to the piazza. The staff were exceptional and easy to work with. If we’re blessed to come back to Rome we will definitely stay here again.

Cute apartment in a great neighborhood

We loved everything about this place! It's on the tiny side, but for two of us it was all the space we needed. The apartment has A/C, which was an amazing perk to come back to after walking around in the heat. The location is fantastic, it's walking distance to a ton of restaurants, Piazza's, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, etc. We loved our stay in Rome, and wouldn't hesitate to book this place again!

Not what we expected

Sink and shower had drainage issues. Only 1 towel per person for the time we stayed. No towels for kitchen. We couldn’t get the key to work one day and waited outside the door for an hour and a half and then tried again. Tried getting a hold of the management and contacted Vrbo. They tried getting a hold of the owner also. To no avail. Finally got into our room at midnight after playing with the key and lock for an hour and a half. The owner contacted us at 9 am the next morning. Room is really small. I would not come back here again.

Stunning apartment in a great location

This property is absolutely amazing! My spouse and I were able to walk to some of the best monuments Rome has to offer. The check in was really easy and the restaurants all around the property were great! Definitely recommend!

Great Location

Apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Great location to walk most anywhere. Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori are minutes away. Pantheon or Vatican just a few minutes more. Great home base to explore from. Some noise from the street outside, but this is Rome after all.
