Description of the house:
Our small cozy two-storey townhouse offers great views from both terraces and enjoys a prime location near Casares Beach. Here you will find both restaurant, palm trees and sun loungers with parasol. A very nice sandy beach with good parking.
The house contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is completely renovated. From the master bedroom there is direct access to the master bathroom with 2 sinks and tub / shower. There are 2 further bathrooms, one of which also has a bathtub and the other a shower. There is new kitchen and new furniture everywhere. There is air conditioning as well as wi-fi.
From the living room there is a furnished terrace with garden table and 6 chairs and from the large bedroom on the first floor there is a furnished terrace with a small table and 2 chairs.
The house is perfect as a base for exploring the area and the many golfing activities with more than 60 golf courses located along the Costa de Sol.

Description of the area:
Estepona and the beautiful Marina of La Duquesa are just minutes away. In many places, there are many restaurants, bars and activities.
Estepona also has the wonderful SELWO National Park with African animals. There are street markets in Marbella, Estepona, SanPedro, Sabinillas, Sotogrande, San Rogue as well as Puerto Banus.
Puerto Banus is also worth a visit with good shopping opportunities of all kinds and Marbella as well as one of Spain's largest shopping malls, La Canada.
In addition, there are some excursion opportunities in the hinterland. Among other things. The Alhambra, a Moorish castle southeast of Granada in Andalucia, as well as Ronda, one of the country's oldest cities and considered the cradle of bullfighting.

Home away from home

This how me and my family feel when we stayed here. The house is great and if you’re thinking about exploring the South of Spain this is where you want to be. We loved it.

Great place to stay at South of Spain

The house is wonderful. It’s just a great feeling when you get to a place to spend some vacation days and you find yourself at home, where things work and there are no bad surprises. I want to thank the owners for that and I will certainly consider this next year.

Surprise girlie trip

Fabulous apartment. Kitchen well stocked. View from the balcony were amazing. Any issues we had were dealt with swiftly. It’s a communal pool which was never busy, could of done with pool maintenance as we had to scoop leaves out, kids pool wasn’t in use the pool toilet could of done with a tidy up. Location for us was a bit far out as we didn’t have a car but did get Ubers quite easily . Good communication by owner & manager

Beautiful House with wunderful view

We had a lovely stay for a week in October. Wunderful views from both balconies. Exactly like the pictures. Nice and clean, shared pool but it was like a private Pool most of the time. Some noise from the road, but only outside.

Lovely house and view

The house was lovely, very clean and well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the listing says private pool but it was shared with a number of other houses and a few minutes walk from the house. We were not expecting this and had thought the pool was next to the house. There is a dual carriageway very close which was very noisy 24/7 which wasn’t good and wasn’t mentioned on the listing. The patio doors were difficult to lock but to be fair we could have asked for help. Biggest issue was the road noise.

Spacious house

The house is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen is the most well equipped that we have experienced in any holiday let in the UK or Europe, great for family self catering. The location is ideal for exploring the area, a car is a necessity. There are no shops nearby and the area is very hilly for those who are restricted in their mobility. The only downside for us was the high level of noise from the busy A7. We were aware that we were going to be close to it but even with windows shut at night it was noisy. As we live in a quiet country area it may have been more noticeable to us and might not be a big deal for other people. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were lucky to get fantastic weather. The clear skies meant we enjoyed a fabulous sea view and sun rise nearly every day.

Schönes Haus in schöner Anlage

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts (außer man braucht einen Toaster). Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, da es auf einer Anhöhe liegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Pool sind es ein paar Meter btw. viele Treppenstufen. Obwohl es ein Gemeinschafts Pool ist, ist wenig bis gar nichts los dort. ,

Traum Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum, sauber alles ist vorhanden. Ein netter check in und alles wirklich völlig unkompliziert. Leider ist die Große Verkehrstrasse weiter unten, doch sehr laut. wem es nicht stört ist hier total richtig. Wir fahren bestimmt nochmal hin.

Experiencia inolvidable.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. A la casa no le faltaba ningun detalle. La atención ha sido fabulosa. El sitio es acogedor, tranquilo, hay muchos lugares que visitar a los alrededores. Prima huis

Het is een heerlijk huis met 2 terrassen. Er loopt wel een behoorlijke drukke autoweg langs die je dag en nacht hoort. Beetje jammer dat de schilders in onze week de appartementen kwamen schilderen en ook die van ons. Het is een mooie omgeving, maar een auto is noodzakelijk. Estepona ligt op 10 minuten rijden en is erg gezellig.

Semana en Bahía de Casares

Bonita casa con vistas. Buena comuycon los propietarios. La carretera de acceso de gran pendiente y la ubicación algo aislada de centro hacen que sea imprescindible un buen coche para moverse por la zona.

Great hosts, great place

We - a family of two adults, a todler and a baby - had a wonderful holiday in the appartment of Kit and Brian! Everything is there: a very well-equiped kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a balcony with barbecue and seaview, and a swimmingpool (a big one and one for children). When we booked we asked the owners for baby beds and they bought them right away and even got a children’s chair. It really shows how kind the owners are! The location could have been better for our family situation though. The appartment is not located in a village so one has to go by car to restaurants etc. And since the area is hilly, the beach was too far for us to walk with two small kids (with just adults it would be fine though). However, all in all, we would definitely recommend it!

Magnifique maison très bien situé

Maison magnifique très bien conçue dans les moindres détails, décoration vraiment charmante, design... Piscine vraiment agréable... La maison se situe proche de la plage à pieds. Un vrai bonheur. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, arrangeants... Location très bien gérée. Nous recommandons fortement.

Fantastisk hus og super dejlig indretning

Tres bel appartement

Très bien accueilli par la femme de ménage ...cadeau de bienenu...appartement propre , tout le confort (lave vaisselle , machine à laver BBQ , four , tte la vaisselle ...bien aménagé ....chaque chambre à une salle de bain proche / wc et une chambre parentale avec salle de bain terrasse , plein de placards , appartement moderne . , climatisation dans ttes les chambres et le séjour. ..la femme de ménage change les draps et serviettes pendant le séjour...petit bémol : l'autoroute qui passe en contre bas mais comme nous partions la journée, nous n'étions pas trop gêné .. la plage est proche , 1km 600 à pieds ....piscine petite pour toute la résidence ( mais nous étions en septembre et pas trop de monde) proche de plein de villes pour visiter , petites surfaces pas loin mais il faut la voiture ......un super séjour en Andalousie

Fantástico

La casa tiene una calidad en el acondicionamiento estupendo, la decoración es fantástica y muy cálida y acogedora. Tiene todo tipo de utensilios, con muy buena calidad y un nivel de detalle excelente. Los propietarios tienen detalles maravillosos como dejarte un pack de bienvenida con unas botellas de vino y más cosas que no voy a desvelar, al margen de verdad de lo muy agradable que es la decoración y todos los complementos. La única pega son las hormigas, pero es lo que tiene la naturaleza con un spray y un detergente de fregar los suelos insectos sin ningún problema. Todo no es comparable a la maravillosa vista que tienes desde el balcón de la bahía de Casares... Unos amaneceres espectaculares.
