Lich Chalet is a large house located near Knudson Cove Marina.

The Lich Chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will sleep up to 7 people in upscale comfort. The chalet is located along North Point Higgins Road about ½ mile between Knudson Cove Marina and Clover Pass Resort. It is a perfect place for a large group to spread out and enjoy each other and the beauty of Ketchikan.

The house is very private, surrounded by large Cedar and Hemlock trees. It has plenty of parking space for a couple cars or a boat and trailer. It has a nice deck sprinkled with colorful flower pots, complete with a gas barbeque and deck chairs.

The Lich Chalet is a two story house with three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and kitchen, living room, full bath, a bedroom and den downstairs. The house has easy access with no stairs into the house and the main living area. If someone in your group had difficulty with stairs, the bedroom on the main floor would be perfect. The living room has plenty of seating and a fireplace to cozy up to on a chilly evening. The den has a full size desk and a piano. This room could double as a bedroom if when you set up an air bed.

This house has a maximum occupancy of up to 7 people. A rental agreement with house rules must be signed to confirm your reservation.

Family visiting son in Ketchikan.

The home was very nice and comfortable for our family. The location was great for our outdoor activities. There were a lot of cobwebs and spider's in the house so could use a more thorough cleaning. Overall it was a great home and we would definitely come back!!!

quiet getaway in the woods

the house is comfy and cozy. Mattresses need updated, but overall were comfortable. Not sure the stove is wired correctly - we tripped the breaker when the stove and tv were both on. Seems like the stove should be on its own 220 breaker. Could it be wired to 110 volts instead of 220? Is that why it takes FOREVER to heat up?

Wonderful Place

We enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect for us and the location was close to Clover Pass.....which was a major win! It's tucked away and private and everything we wanted for our fishing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

We’d stay there again.

Clean, secluded, quaint home. We had 8 adults and was comfortable. I’d say 10-12 would be “very cozy”. Manager was accommodating letting us in early and getting us another set of keys after locking our set in the house :-/. Fridge is on the small size and stove top grill did not work fully., but still able to cook. Always had hot showers. I’d stay there again!

Ketchikan Stay

Everything was great with the exception of the stove only working on high and the oven. Both seemed to be dated. The property is well maintained and the location was great. Well stocked bathrooms and beds were very comfortable.
