Nous avons réservé ce studio pour ma fille et ses amies. Florence a été d'une gentillesse.. Elle a tout fait pour qu'elles se sentent bien. Le studio est parfait et est tres bien placée. Elles ont beaucoup apprecié la grande terrasse. Elles veulent deja y revenir.

Comme la location est pas chère , il est évident que la déco est d’époque…la qu’elle…60 70. Pas très grave très propre, accueil super, à l’écoute pendant tout le séjour sur simple appel téléphonique. Petit problème de chaleur, mais normal vu la canicule. Tout fonctionnait. La machine à laver très pratique.

Nous recommandons sincèrement cet appartement bien situé sur le port de Capbreton, sans les désagréments liés aux bruits de circulation. La terrasse est très spacieuse, l'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Les produits d'entretien sont à disposition. Un grand merci à Mme et Mr Bonsergent. Location idéale dans laquelle nous n'avons manqué de rien. Proche des commerces, de la plage et du port. Centre commercial à 5 minutes en voiture. L'accueil et la gentillesse de Mr et Mme Bonsergent sont irreprochables. L'appartement est très propre, la terrasse est idéale. La location est équipée de tout ce dont nous nous servons chez nous au quotidien. Futurs vacanciers de Capbretons, n'hésitez pas à louer cet appartement. Karine, Stéphane et Ponette (le chat)

Cet appartement est très propre, agréable, calme, avec sa terrasse qui donne une impression d'aisance. Il est surtout très bien équipé, comme chez soi (point fort : la machine à laver), surtout pour un long séjour. Il est très bien situé. Avec possibilité de louer des vélos en bas de l'immeuble. Des commerces à proximités. Possibilité de se stationner assez proche sans payer le long du port. Je tenais aussi à remercier les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux, exemplaire et surtout pour leur disponibilité en cas de besoin. Très bon endroit pour passer de très bons séjours. T. Location conforme à l'annonce, appartement proche des commerces, du port et de la plage. On est proche également de Hossegor. Propriétaires très agréables et veulent rendre service pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille. Je recommande cette location sans soucis.

Vacances de .... rêve !
La description de la location est conforme en tous points avec l'annonce : cet appartement est idéalement situé (à mi-chemin des plages et des centres villes de Capbreton et d'Hossegor). L'appartement est bien entretenu, la vaisselle et les appareils de cuisine nombreux et appropriés, la literie excellente. De part sa situation, on peut accéder à pied aux centres villes précités et aux plages. Locations de vélos possible en bas de l'immeuble. Petits restaurants variés avec une préférence pour la Pêcherie DUCAMP près de l'estacade. Et surtout, ce qui fait le plus de cette location, c'est avant tout la gentillesse, la disponibilité des propriétaires dont la chaleur et le sens de la convivialité font merveille. Appartement à recommander vivement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. G. BILLEREAU

séjour idéal
Nous revenons toujours avec un immense plaisir dans ce studio ( 3eme fois ), pour sa fonctionnalité, sa situation, pour les propriétaires charmants et en plus cette année pour un petit restaurant super sympa ou l'on mange très frais et très bon situé en bas de l'immeuble " le restaurant du port ". A recommander donc le studio et le restaurant..
