We had a good stay and the apartment was as expected. The bed rooms are small but that is typical for a mid city apartment. The location is not as close to attractions as we expected but that was our fault. There is an Uber boat pickup and Underground station relatively close so it worked out well. Overall it was a good value and a nice place to stay. We would stay there again.
Our stay at this North Greenwich flat was great! The unit was spacious for our family of 6. It was exceptionally clean also. There is an elevator which seems a rarity in many other units in the city. My daughters thought the futons were more comfortable than the beds which had firm mattresses (they prefer very soft mattresses whereas my husband and I like firm).The building is close (2 minute walk) to a small grocery store which was helpful! It is a small hike (10-15 minutes) to the tube but an easy, clean, scenic walk- not through a busy city center. There are several restaurants near the O2 Arena- right next to the tube- but we did not use these. We enjoyed the view of the river from our balcony. We did use the Uber Boat which was also a close walk. It was an enjoyable experience that I’m not sure we would have tried if we were not in North Greenwich. Communication was very good with the owners. Easy check in experience.
Angeblich hat "Allan" unsere Ankunftsdaten erst 20 Min. nachdem wir angekommen waren erhalten. Tatsächlich haben wir Sie seit der Fähre in Dover im Abstand von 5 Min. 16x angerufen, 3 Nachrichten gesendet und 4x über den Anbieter - der in dieser Hinsicht ebenfalls versagt hat, weil er einfach nicht erreichbar ist es mehrfach versucht. Jedesmal war "Allan" nicht available. So kam es, dass wir zunächst 1h auf die Schlüssel warten mussten. Kein gutes System. Und das, obwohl das Gebäude auch über eine Concierge verfügt. So what. I. Ü. alles o. K., wenn auch ein wenig runtergekommen.
We are delighted with our stay. The apartment is spacious (There were 7 of us, we never felt on top of each other) well equipped and very well located... 15 mn walk to O2. The view over the Thames is incredible.
Communication with the owner is easy.
This flat is the perfect size for a weekend away! It is in a secure location close to many attractions. Hop on an Uber Boat at the near by dock and travel down the Thames to London, catching river side views of many historical landmarks. Enjoy a glass of wine or whiskey in the evening while viewing the river from the terrace. It was a lovely stay and the perfect London spot without the hustle and bustle of central London!
The accommodation was for a girls trip and we all felt it had that home away from home feel. One of our group has mobility issues and the condo was perfect for our stay. The condo was clean and you could tell the host takes pride in the accommodation. Our stay was 2 weeks and we had a mid stay changing of bedding and towels, this was completely unexpected but again shows the excellent care you receive. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were ideal and the kitchen, dining and living room has ample space, the dining table would sit 8 comfortably. The host considers the comfort of the guest, we were there during 30+C temperature and there were fans located in each room. I also want to mention the amazing view from this property, it was nice to wake up and see sail boats on the Thames and feeling a cool breeze when we opened the windows. It’s closeness to amenities (small grocery store almost just out the front door). It is close to the North Greenwich station and there are several restaurants to choose from right outside the station. There was also a weekend market in the Plaza outside the Station and O2 where extra treats could be purchased. I would definitely rent from this host again.
Under lessons learned from the trip, if we were leaving earlier in the morning, we would head in the Stratford direction where the train ends (not as busy) and then just stay on the train to head into the centre of London; we always got seats this way including the day we headed to the airport.
Great location near the metro station and the O2 (restaurants, shopping and activities).
The apartment has everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.
There were a total of 8 of us at the property and it very comfortably accommodated us all very well. It was really well located with a view of the Thames but the best feature I believe was the location. It was an easy 10 minute walk or less to all forms of transportation - bus, underground, Uber boat and Ubers. There was a co-op store within a 2-minute walk and many restaurants and shopping also within minutes in the O-2 section. I realized how well this property was located the first day we arrived and how easy it was to access all of our travel plans for London and beyond from this property. We had a really great time while there and Alan was very accessible for any situation that arose during our stay. We were very comfortable with the accommodations and I would not hesitate staying in this property for any future visits.

Can be better
We had to wait for over an hour although we had stated our arrival time long before. The owner would only send the person in charge of the handover if you notify him. In our case we were very lucky to get wifi access close to the apartment waiting in the street, but otherwise we'd still be waiting. Given our previous experiences in other apartments across Europe, usually the owner or the person in charge of the keys will be waiting for you, not the other way around. The mattress on the 2 main bedrooms are smaller than the bed frame, making it move around when you're sleeping. One of the single beds is kinda loosened up so everytime you sit up or down the beds head hits the wall. The curtain on one of the bedrooms with a double was pretty much transparent which is really annoying given that at this time of the year the sunrise is around 4am. Otherwise, the apartment was wonderful, very fresh on the hot evenings in London summer, really close to an Underground station (and an outlet mall), close to 3+ supermarkets open until late.
We've stayed here a few years ago so it was an easy decision to stay here again. If there was an issue I would say that there are a number of minor maintenance items that really need to be addressed. That aside, it is nice to wake up to a nice view of the Thames.
What we enjoyed most was this property’s central location to shopping (O2), restaurants, local co-ops, and the market just outside the 02. The view was also great.
The property could use a bit of a refresh on the furnishings and beds in particular.
Die Wohnung war recht sauber und die Ausstattung auf Basisniveau (kein besonderer Komfort, aber größtenteils in Ordnung). Bei einigen Betten und den Sofas merkt man deutlich die Sprungfedern, das ist nicht unser Fall. Die Fenster sind teilweise nicht dicht, die Heizkörper funktioneren teilweise nicht, es wurden Elektroradiatoren gestellt, die allerdings im zugigsten Zimmer nicht sinnvoll aufgestellt werden konnten, weil ein passender Stellplatz in der Nähe einer Steckdose fehlte.
Zur Lage: 6. Stock mit Themseblick, 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Tube-Station North Greenwich, 1 Minute zu einem kleinen Supermarkt mit Sortiment, das auf "Packung aufreißen und losessen" und sonstiges Fast-Fertig-Essen spezialisiert ist; in 4 Minuten Fußweg-Entfernung liegt ein "Select and Save"-Markt (am Oval Square), das Sortiment hat uns besser gefallen. Für einen Urlaub in London eine ganz gute Lage, wenn man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen möchte.
We had a great stay. Very clean and convenient apartment. Thought we were going to be in the same apartment that we stayed in back in October. Wish we’d been told ahead of time that we would be in a different apartment. This apartment had a better view though!!!

It was alright.
The property location was convenient, and the place was alright. The beds were hard and the sofa bed was l like sleeping in a beam. The main bathroom had a strange shower with the head that only went half way up The wall. The elevator got stuck. We weren’t allowed in
On one of the decks. You can’t do laundry while you are not there due to insurance issues and it was the all in one washers and dryer so it took forever (hrs) to do a load. They didn’t have any laundry detergent or xtra towels and ran out of toilet paper.

Super Lage, Wohnung mit Abstrichen
Die Lage in North Greenwich in einem Wohnkomplex ist wirklich gut. Man hat Blick auf die Themse Richtung Osten.
Leider sind wirklich viele Einrichtungsgegenstände kaputt oder stark abgewohnt (Sofa, Betten, Badewanne). Die Spülmaschine ist defekt.
Die Wohnung müsste dringend renoviert werden !
Dass 60 € Service-Gebühr bei Einzug zusätzlich zu entrichten sind, erfährt man erst nach der Buchung.
The View, the Location cleanliness and attention of the property manager are impeccable. We highly recommend this flat as it is conveniently located close to transportation, the O2 and so much more. Very comfortable and clean. Communication with the property manager is excellent. Made our stray in London a great experience. and finally THE VIEW its beautiful.

- location is excellent; 5 mins from 02 and the tube
- balcony with great view of the Thames; plus you could see the gondola, Canary Wharf etc
- plenty of space for a family of 6
- big table so we could eat in
- very secure
Cons
- some of the furnishings a bit tired and could do with updating
- some basic maintenance on bathroom needed eg cracked tile and plug not working
- although we were warned the workmen doing the cladding were loud
But as I said all small things and we would definitely book again as this is a cracking apartment! Thanks for having us
