Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this newly renovated Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART HDTV in living room with 42” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room should you need more space. We also have the 3br condos on both sides of this room should you need more than one room.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Great location, perfect space

Really enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach and this condo worked out perfectly. Loved the easy access to the beach, the lazy river was also great. Good location with lots of options to eat nearby. Had no issues with the elevators whatsoever. Amazing views from the condo.

Very nice but missing essentials

Condo was ver nice and clean and we enjoyed the location and beach view, however when you have to make trip to Walmart on your vacation mid week because there’s no toilet paper, paper towels or dishwasher soap or dishwashing soap of any kind is a little ridiculous and definitely disappointed me extremely! I have been renting condo’s for thirty years and have never had to go out and purchase essentials that should have been supplied!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at a condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location and would stay again. We loved the lazy river and slide. The furnishings are up to date. The beds are comfortable. Make sure you bring your own beach chairs or you can rent 2 chairs plus umbrella for $45 a day. My only two complaints are the cleanliness of the unit and the light from the hallway it blinds you at night when you are trying to sleep. I recommend curtains. The blender was broken so I couldn't make my protein shakes, but not a huge deal. The staff was very friendly and kept the pool area clean and maintained. Beautiful views of the gulf from the balcony.

The condo was decorated lovely, and was clean, but I would suggest updating property description…. Hall bathroom doe not have a shower, so property is actually 3 full baths. Kitchen- one wall of outlets doesn’t work. Mattresses in ALL bedrooms need to be replaced! (Terribly uncomfortable, all in my party agreed).

Great Value with a Great View!

This was our second time staying at Phoenix West, and we are very happy with how large the condos are. Big enough for myself, my wife, 2 kids, and my parents. This one in particular is furnished very nicely. No complaints at all with this condo. For a big family, the price is absolutely more than fair. It has such a beautiful view to look out of the balcony at any time of the day. There are so many great restaurants and things to do within a short drive from this condo. The weather was a little colder than we hoped for, but it didn’t stop us from going to the beach every day. When we would get too cold, we went to the pool and hot tub inside. We will definitely stay here again. A++++

Family getaway

Kids loved the pool, and the slide, and the lazy River. Right on the Beach. Patience for the elevator is a must at check in. Takes some time to get settled . Internet and phone calls are sporadic at times. Especially night time hours. Overall we loved the place. And kids not on a cell phone was nice. Played lots of board games and could swim till 11. Get to the Beach early to secure a nice spot. Seemed like a daily competition to get the canopy up. Like 6:30 or 7am.

Amazing view

We were a little nervous about the 25th floor, but it was truly incredible to watch the sea life from our balcony. We loved the size of the balcony and the furniture out there as well. On the 4th of July we saw fireworks down the coast into FL as well as Gulf Shores from our balcony seats. Wonderfully stocked kitchen! Ice maker fridge was an unexpected added bonus. There was a broken dining room chair and we put it aside. Everyone had a fantastic time!

Wonderful amenities!

We loved the lazy river, water slide, outdoor/indoor pools, and hot tubs! The property was clean and beautiful. We loved our condo. Pictures are accurate. The view from the 25th floor was breathtaking. The condo's kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and varies pots, pan etc. The dryer was not working well and it was repaired during on stay. Appreciated that the property manager was on top of that. The only negative about the property was the elevator wait time. When the pools were closed due to lighting or during check in/out, the wait for an elevator could be 30 minutes. Beach chairs and umbrellas were not provided by the condo. There was a rental service on the beach or you could bring your own. Overall we had a great time and would love to return.

Spacious room, great views, nice facility, but…

PROS: - The view: the views from the balcony were amazing. - The facility: lazy river and pools were nice, although if there is lightning within 10mi all pools are shut down, including the indoor pool. The parking garage was nice, especially for those of us with larger vehicles. Parking was easy. - Room Amenities: icemaker at the wet bar was a huge plus; plenty of kitchen items for preparing meals; very spacious condo and balcony; board games and books in the room for use during downtime. - Layout: the layout was perfect for our family of five. - Location: close to grocery, shopping, and amazing restaurants. Wolf Bay across the street was our favorite. CONS: -Cleanliness: The cleaning person does the bare minimum. The place wasn’t as clean as it should be. Clean towels/washcloths had hair on them, most of the dishes I re-washed before using them, and floors may have been swept, but I’m not sure they’ve seen a mop in months. With such an amazing view and a large wall of windows, the windows could use some cleaning. -Mold: There was mold in multiple places, especially in the master bathroom shower. -Condo was sufficient but had to purchase many starter items typically supplied by other owners, such as trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. - Wi-Fi: worst ever. - Washer/Dryer: dryer takes an entire day of repetitive use on high to dry a normal size load. OTHER THINGS: -Indoor Pool: day one was SUPER warm and comfortable; the rest of the week w

Needs better housekeeping.

While our overall stay was great, the cleanliness of the condo was not the best. There was a bloody bandaid in one of the rooms, bottles of full and empty drinks under the beds, and other trash in places that should be cleaned between each stay. The condo itself is really nice, with a great view. I will also say, it needs better WiFi, because there is zero service and the WiFi was really weak.

Most gorgeous views

Great location with the most beautiful views from the balcony. We spent most of our time on the balcony, drinking coffee or beer. We watched sharks swim around stingrays flapping and dolphins playing. So high up the pelicans would fly under us! Great location to the beach.

Orange Beach

Great condo in great location. Our only suggestion is to clean better under and behind furniture, beds etc. Those areas didn’t appear to have been cleaned in quite a while and had some nasty stuff under and behind things. Would definitely come back to this condo though.
