Mediterranean Villa at Rio Mar Beach Resort. Redecorated villa, 3000 sq. ft. in a split level, preserving the original architectural style from Rio Mar. Living room, dining, and kitchen with cathedral ceiling. The three spacious bedrooms, each one with a bathroom, walk-in closets/dressing rooms, A/C units in each one, and laundry. TV in the living area, eight guests dining room, informal one for four guests, 2 A/C consoles, and two terraces with views of the golf course. And two parking spaces. I describe the fabulous and elegant 3000 sq. ft. of living area as: Warm foyer that guides you to the dining and living room. You will find an eight-commensals dining table, with original arts of the Puertorrican artist from Ponce. Modern furniture, arts, smart TV, and four wood doors open to the wide terrace just in front of the golf course. On the first floor, there is also an informal dining table for four persons next to the kitchen. The modern kitchen with granite counters, all appliances, wine cooler. Equipped with glasses, wine glasses, dishes, pots, electric grill, coffee maker, toaster, and toaster oven. Our courtesy you will find coffee, sugar, and a bottle of wine. All those amenities are under more than 20 feet cathedral ceiling. The 3 spacious bedrooms, each one with bathroom, walk-in closets/dressing rooms and A/C units, additional half bathroom and laundry room. The master room has a king bed, two nights table, and desk with a chair. The second room has three full-size beds with a private bathroom, and tables that accommodate until 6 guests. The second floor is only one bedroom with two queen beds another desk with a chair, one bathroom, and one open private terrace. This Villa is close to the Wyndham Resort. 13 clay courts and 2, 18-hole golf course. Rain forest 7 minutes away with waterfalls and trail. Restaurants, casino and live music in the hotel. Zip lining, night kayaking in fluorescent waters (Amazing)!! water rentals in the beach and so much more!! The Wyndham Resort is within walking distance which offers Casino, Two Championship Golf Courses (Ocean and River), Tennis Center with 13 clay/hard courts, the famous "Mandara Spa", and 11 restaurants and lounges throughout the resort. Club Iguanas (Kids Club with supervised activities) and Game room, Water Sports Center. (Must be reserve with the Hotel concierge, tennis or golf club directly). The Villa has cable TV with Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller. Dishes, pots and pans, and small kitchen appliances are also available. For your convenience, the property is equipped with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom features 3 full-size beds, the third bedroom on the second floor has 2 queen size beds, a small desk, and a TV, with a private terrace and golf court view. Rio Mar is an exclusive community with on-site private security 24 hrs, 7 days a week. It is a great location with easy access to main highways, restaurants and many other amenities. Around 5 to 25 minutes’ drive, there are endless dinning possibilities, from casual dining to Creole cuisine, Steak houses, Sea Food, Fusion, Japanese Cuisine and more. Luquillo Beach is one of the most beautiful beach. One of the main tourist attractions of our Island is El Yunque National Rain Forest, and it is a short 10 minutes’ drive from the property. Our Island's capital city, San Juan, is a forty-minute drive. Old San Juan, as the locals refer to it, is probably one of the best preserved cities in the Western Hemisphere, with buildings and structures dating back to the 1500s. While in Old San Juan, you can visit the the Forts of San Felipe del Morro, San Cristobal and Santa Catalina. Don't miss the Governor's residence "La Fortaleza”. You can enjoy outlet shopping at The Factory Outlets, and/or regular shopping at other shopping areas. You will find stores like Walmart, Kmart, Walgreens, CVS, Burger King, Churches, Sam's Club, Outlet Mall, restaurants for all budgets and much more. The Villa has two parking spaces. Our guests are encouraged to rent a car, due to public transportation does not serve the area. Taxi Cap and or UBER Either for small groups or a whole family, the villa has excellent accommodations, is a perfect getaway destination for families, up to 12 guests. The villa provides to split the accommodation for 8 persons on the first floor only and 4 in the second. Please ask me about the rate per night adjustment.
