This lovely townhouse offers all the charm of St. Simon's Island. Located just steps from the beach, this three bedroom, three and a half bath getaway is perfectly located in the quiet San Simeon community. The beach is a short walk out the backdoor while shopping and restaurants are only a five minute walk away. Bike or jog from the front door through the East Beach community or enjoy the sunset on the marshes from the front steps. Relax on the back deck under the shade of an old oak tree while being soothed by calm ocean breezes. The back deck and two rear bedrooms overlook the community pool which is available for use by guests from April to October.

Vista Soleil's lower level features a fully stocked kitchen, two dining areas and a living room with wet bar, fireplace, a variety of books and board games and a big screen high def TV with surround sound. High speed internet with WiFi is included throughout the unit.

Each of the three bedrooms at Vista Soleil has its own private bathroom. The second floor bedrooms have queen size beds while the third floor loft bedroom has two twin beds. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is also available for use by guests.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time on St. Simon’s Island. The accommodations were clean, and kitchen supplies were adequate. The neighborhood was quiet, easy access to the beach and close proximity to the pier. Joe was very responsive to my messages. Overall our stay was wonderful!

Best of the beach

This is our second year, and we’ll be back for more! It’s such a convenient location, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We have a big family, but never once felt crowded because the layout is perfect. This is my 45th summer on the island, and Vista Soleil tops my list of favorite places to stay!

This home was very clean, the location was quiet and peaceful. All of rooms were large enough and the beds were so comfortable. Our family enjoyed playing with the bored games and watching the great selections on the tv. Unfortunately, there was no grill outside but still a great place to stay.

Stayed here with my family of 5 (3 adult children). The condo is spacious and gave us room to be together and spread out if we wanted. The condo is a less than 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool is just past the back porch, and when you walk out the front door, you overlook a beautiful marsh and are right by the bike/walking trail. The condo had everything we needed to cook in when we wanted and was well stocked. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. We will stay here again on our next trip to SSI!

Nice location

It needed a little more cleaning in the kitchen area, blender doesn't work and hadn't been cleaned. The beds were very comfortable and this is coming from a person with severe back problems and bathrooms clean. I would definitely refer friends and family.

Great vacation

The property was clean. There is slight normal wear and tear that just gives it a homy feel. Easy access to the pool and it truly is barely a 3 minute walk to the beach. A lovely stroll really and you are ready to be in the water. We had no issues and loved the location, from ease of beach access to close proximity to the Pier. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay!

We visit SSI 3-4 times a year. This was our first time here and we had a wonderful time! The beach was not too far and the pool was a big bonus for days we decided not to walk to the beach. Very clean! Every step had been vacuumed on the staircases and we didn’t see anything that needed attention in that area at all. We loved the outdoor area too! So sweet with the vines growing. The only thing I would recommend is some plastic cups in the kitchen that could be taken to the pool area and hairdryers for the bathrooms.(We all assumed there would be one there and left ours at home) The layout was great! Perfect for our group! We walked to Fiddler's and the shops just down the street as well. Great location!

Great location and layout

We loved the interior layout with plenty of space for us to be together and plenty of room to spread out on our own too. The deck was peaceful and convenient, but we wished for more seating and a bit more comfort to enjoy the space. The location is great! Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Host communicated quickly when AC stopped working for a day. — there are some things in need of refreshing or repair (we had to avoid some areas of rotted decking. Several chipped coffee mugs and dishes… but overall the space worked well for us and we had a great time!
