This home has plenty of gracious living space both inside and out with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a double sized living room, and a grand dining area with fireplace. Pool Heating:
In Palm Springs pool heat is not needed in the late spring, summer or early fall. Winter heating of the pool is optional at an additional fee of $150 to pre-heat to approximately 84 degrees plus $79/day to maintain the heat. $550 weekly rate. Advance notice is necessary, as it takes approximately 18 hours to heat the pool.
If you would like to make use of the pool heating option, please let us know in advance and we will send you an adjusted rate at time of booking. Pool heating will not be automatically added to your total amount due, so please be sure to specify your preference.
HOUSE RULES:
Palm Springs has very strict noise restriction ordinances and the City will fine anyone who receives a complaint from neighbors. We want all of our guests to enjoy and relax but we must take these restrictions very seriously and ask you to do the same.
•Palm Springs city ordinance prohibits ALL out-door amplified music or amplified sound of any kind. Significant fines may apply.
•No more than 6 overnight occupants. No additional daytime guests are allowed without prior approval by the owner.
•Only vehicles belonging to the occupants are to be allowed within the perimeter of the property at any time and no more than 4 vehicles allowed on property or along its perimeter at any time.
•We love them, but no pets allowed on the property.
•No indoor smoking allowed. If you do smoke outside, we ask that you use one of the ashtrays provided.
•No glassware by the pool. You will find the kitchen stocked with pool friendly plastic-ware.
•The responsible party (guest who books) occupying the home must be at least 25 years old and will be responsible for the compliance of all occupants and guests to the House Rules.
•All guests must sign the Statement of Rules and Regulations that will be provided to you upon check-in.
