Villa Losino is a beautiful sea view villa with private pool and playground, located just outside the town of Polignano a Mare, a few kilometers from the main tourist attractions of Puglia. It is located just 3 km from the sea and the city center, in the quiet countryside of Puglia, surrounded by 5000 square meters of private land with all kinds of fruit trees, tall pines and palm trees, and a characteristic rock garden. Its location in the hills guarantees a perfect temperature in every season. It has an area of ​​150 square meters, and is equipped with a sea view pool 7x9 meters, deep from 1.30 meters to 3 meters, where the blue of the pool blends with the blue of the sea! Around the pool there is a relaxing stone paved solarium area with comfortable sun beds and furnishings. Complete the exteriors, a large barbecue area and playground. The property is completely fenced, has electronic gate, alarm system, parking area,external video surveillance that can be deactivated upon arrival at the request of customers. VillaLosino is divided on two floors, on each floor there is an apartment; ANYWAY THE VILLA IS RENTED TO ONLY ONE GROUP OF GUESTES, SO THERE ARE NO SHARED ZONES. On the ground floor there is a small apartment with double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette arranged for breakfast. On the first floor there is the larger apartment with a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 beds (single plus bunk bed), a bathroom with shower, a large living room, and the wonderful fully equipped kitchen overlooking the sea on the veranda.
The veranda is covered and has a large table, from there you can enjoy the view of Polignano and its beautiful sea. Each room is light and airy; the house is equipped with TV, washing machine, DISHWASHER STARTING SEASON 2023, air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, independent heating, barbecue, free wifi, mosquito nets. Each area of ​​Villa Losino is immersed in the smells of the typical Apulian fruits of the garden left at guests' disposal.
ATTENTION: The villa is rented to a single group of guests. There are no shared areas. However, it is possible to choose whether to occupy one or both of the plans, varying only the amount of final cleaning that have to be payed by cash at the arrive,like for tourist tax and towel/linen.

Beautiful setting
The property is situated in the midst of a number of fields and is elevated so that it provides wonderful views and even to the sea. The secluded area is very private and secure...but is a bit of a drive to Polignano a Mare beach area--approximately 12-15 minutes. The property has wonderful outside areas with a huge dining area outside the upper unit and lots of areas to lay around the pool and sit outside. The outdoor BBQ area worked very well and the property is quite spacious. The only criticism would be that I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and the matress should be replaced. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property. Check in with Katy was easy and she coordinated a meeting spot to help us find the location of the property. The location is close to many places such as Polignano a Mare and Monopoli and even an easy drive to Bari.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick
Super Aufenthalt, kann man gerne weiterempfehlen. Die Betreuung Vorort durch Katia ist Super. Bei Anfragen oder Problemen antwortet Sie umgehend und findet immer eine schnelle Lösung. Katia hat uns bei der Anreise auch abgeholt und ist zum Haus vorausgefahren, da die Anfahrt sonst schon schwierig gewesen wäre. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool genossen.

Great villa in a great area!
The property is really impressive, the pool is a nice size and the view of the sea from the terrace is simply stunning. For small children there is a climbing frame with 5 slides, which is very high quality. Communication with the landlord was easy and we always had support during our stay when we needed it. Many thanks to Katia!

Fantastic holiday
we had a fantastic holiday, in a fantastic holiday home. It was a nice pool with a really good size. The view is indescribably beautiful from the lovely terrace. The hostess who welcomed us and was available throughout the holiday, was very nice and helpful! Can only be recommended if you want to relax in peaceful surroundings with your own large pool.

The accommodation was great for both us and our daughter, husband and granddaughter. The gardens, pool, bbq area and outside seating areas were perfect and our granddaughter was over the moon with her own 'jungle gym'. The host met us and guided us in, gave us a full tour of the accommodation, provided us with a great list of restaurants, attractions, supermarket opening times and returned to help us out on one occasion. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

Tolle Ferien in der Villa Losino, schöne ruhige ländliche Lage, so dass sich niemand an freudig im Garten und Pool tobenden Kindern stört. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und weitläufig, es gibt überall niedliche Sitzgelegenheiten, um das mediterrane Ambiente oder den Meerblick zu geniessen. Der Pool hat einen ca.1.20m tiefen Bereich und einen ca. 2.50m tiefen Bereich, ideal um kleineren Kindern und auch Wasserspringen-begeisterten Teenies gerecht zu werden. Villa Losino ist ein tolles Objekt für Familienferien in privater Atmosphäre.

Haus mit tollem Pool und Superausblick.
Wir waren 1 Woche hier. Wir wurden per WhatsApp kontaktiert und an der Autobahn abgeholt. Es war sehr schön, alles hat funktioniert. Es war sehr sauber. Das Haus inkl. Pool, Spielplatz, großer Terrasse waren prima.

Una meravigliosa vacanza
Una settimana in una bella villa rimodernata.Ottima posizione collinare e in mezzo ai meravigliosi ulivi delle campagne circostanti. La casa è pulita, pratica ed è dotata di climatizzatori in ogni stanza. Consiglierei un materasso matrimoniale un po' più duro. La piscina è fantastica. Si possono fare delle belle nuotate mattutine. La proprietaria ci ha omaggiati di un piccolo pumo Pugliese... gesto carino e gradito. Da ritornarci. Un saluto a Katia. A presto

Wonderful house and pool close to nice town
We are a family of 2 adults, 3 children (8-10-12 years) who stayed one week in this wonderful house. The house is big and the surroundings are full of space too. The pool was perfect (app. 6 x 8 m) and deep in one side, so it was possible to play and make great jumps. Communication was easy in English and check in/out went smooth. You can reach the town in 9-10 min. - nice beach and holiday town. Our warmest recommandations.

Great property to visit Puglia
We really appreciated our time at this property. It was a great base to visit Puglia region with most sites within an hour drive from there. The house was spacious, well equipped and amazing views. Katia was very helpful to welcome us and provided great suggestions about the surroundings.

Magnifique villa pour passer de superbes vacances
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa Losino. Idéalement située (en pleine campagne, calme assuré) et toute proche de Polignano a Mare. La maison est très agréable, les 2 appartements parfaits quand on a des ados pour qu’ils aient leur indépendance. La piscine est vraiment sympa. L’accueil de Katia est charmant, elle est très réactive pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Seul petit bémol : l’absence de lave - vaisselle. Pour une maison de ce standing, c’est vraiment dommage !

Ein traumhaftes Haus was wir mit 5 Personen 10 Tage genießen konnten. Meistens sehen die bereitgestellten Bilder im Internet immer besonders schön aus und können mit der Realität nicht mithalten. Aber nicht hier, die Bilder sind absolut authentisch, wir fanden es vor Ort teilweise sogar noch schöner. Die Poollandschaft ist einfach nur schön und wirklich groß. Das komplette Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Vielen lieben Dank auch an die Verwalterin Katia, die sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar war. Ein Auto ist absolut empfehlenswert um die schöne Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Haus nochmals buchen.

We loved the villa. The grandchildren loved the pool! Beautiful setting, so peaceful and relaxing. My husband has mobility problems and the villa was comfortable for him. Main living area is on one level. We loved mornings on the veranda looking out at the sea. Katia was an amazing manager. She was so helpful!

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir verbrachten 2 herrliche Wochen in dieser schönen Villa . Besonders der gepflegte Poolbereich und die diversen Terrassen mit Sitzmöglichkeit , sowie die ruhige ländliche Umgebung machen einen sehr schönen Urlaub möglich. Wer die Beschreibung und Fotos im Inserat genau liest, wird auch bei der einfachen Einrichtung und der Küche (ohne Geschirrspüler) nicht enttäuscht sein. Unseren Erholungswert hat das nicht beeinflusst, so dass wir dieses herrliche Anwesen nur weiterempfehlen können. Katia macht einen tollen Job .Sie ist sehr freundlich , pünktlich und hat uns jederzeit mit hilfreichen Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Seite gestanden. Ganz lieben Dank, liebe Katia! Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an Gae für die unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation und Buchung im Vorfeld der Reise . Wir hatten einen superschönen Urlaub!

Beautiful view of countryside and sea
We loved the remote location, which was a little difficult to find, but Katia the manager was wonderful in showing us the way the first time. The view over the adjoining farms was nice, and when it was clear, we could see the Sea. I would suggest lots of bug repellant as we were covered with mosquito bites and yellow jacket attacks, which Katia said would be addressed next season. Note that there is no microwave or dishwasher. The downstairs apartment is a bit spare, but the upstairs was quite well equipped. The pool was well cleaned but the water a bit cold by October….still great for children. The proximity to Polignano and the supermarket was excellent….we were very happy there for 10 days….Katia could not have been kinder.
