About this property

Our luxurious holiday apartment of 155,6 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful places in Altea, Costa Blanca, Spain. It contains 3 spacious bedrooms, including a suite with direct access to the terrace and 2 newly built bathrooms and is a great fit for a maximum of 6 people. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, super-fast optical fiber Internet and, among other things, Netflix.

The stunning apartment complex has an elevator that will take you to the third floor, on which our (holiday)apartment is located. Our apartment is not only great for families with children, but also for seniors (with limited mobility) since the floors are equally laid out throughout the apartment and it is comfortably-furnished.

Our holiday apartment is available for rent all year round. It is located only 2 km from the beach and the lively boulevards of Altea, Albir and Benidorm and only 1 km from the Don Cayo golf course. You can either spend a lovely summer holiday here, considering the apartment complex, among other things, has 2 big swimming pools, or stay for the winter. You can for example go for nice, long walks together and enjoy the beautiful sceneries. There is also a professional property manager present who will, in your language, show you around upon your arrival. In 2016 we fell in love with this beautiful luxurious apartment in Altea, Costa Blanca, Spain, located at the edges of the Sierra de Bernia. From the big terrace, there is a fantastic view of the mountains and from our tropical garden, the Benidorm skyline can be seen in the distance. Our apartment is an alluring place to spend the summer, but surely also the winter. The always pleasant weather makes it the ideal place for the winter.
