Apartment completely renovated in 2018, located on the fourth and last floor (no elevator), in a characteristic building of the historic center of Intra, on the main street and 100 meters from the lake. The apartment is bright as it is located above the level of the adjacent houses

It has 2 bedrooms for a family of 4. The air conditioning and balcony make the stay even more pleasant.
The kitchen is fully equipped, satellite TV in one of the two rooms, free WiFi.
You can park in the parking lot 1 minute walk (Since the apartment is located in a limited traffic area without parking, the owner provides a map to reach the free covered parking 100 meters from the house.)

Rare Find. Outstanding
First of all this is a very modern , central located Apartment. We enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this Apt. Sara our host is outstanding and super nice and helpful. A plus is she will give you a parking card for secured parking and it is very close to the Apt. The only downside the Apt is on the 3rd floor so pack light. Sara was so kind and helped us with our suitcases. She was our hero. We enjoyed staying in Intra and definitely recommend the Apartment. If we come back I'm sure to rent the Apt again.

Unsere Ferienwohnung in Intra
Unser kleiner Urlaub war sehr schön und nicht zuletzt dank der schönsten Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Unsere Ferienwohnung lag mitten im Ortsteil Intra. Die Lage war perfekt für uns! Der Hafen, von dem wir mit der Fähre unsere Tagesausflüge zu den Inseln und nach Laveno machten, lag 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Somit war man auch sehr schnell am See. Auch Restaurants, Bäckereien, eine Eisdiele und zahlreiche Geschäfte waren in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung selbst übertraf alle unsere Erwartungen. Sie liegt im 4.Stock, ist sehr gemütlich, stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkte, dass jemand sich richtig Gedanken gemacht hat, als er die Einrichtung ausgesucht hat. Alles war sehr modern und neu. Zur Wohnung gehört ein toller Balkon mit vielen Pflanzen und ein Stellplatz auf dem naheliegenden Parkplatz. Sehr praktisch! Es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht. Alles, was wir benötigt haben, war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Das haben wir noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt. Zum Beispiel ein Pizzamesser, Wäscheklammern, Öl und Balsamicoessig, Tee, Geschirr jeglicher Art, Tresor, sogar Wundpflaster und vieles mehr - es war alles da. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk standen Nudel, Tomatensoße und eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch. Die Betten waren super! Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Intra kommen sollten, dann nur in diese Ferienwohnung!

Het is een fantastisch appartement! Zeer schoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles is aanwezig. Prachtige woonkamer, keuken, badkamer en slaapkamers. Ligging is in het oude centrum met veel terrasjes en winkels. De planten op het balkon zijn geweldig!

Moderne Wohnung, mit romantischem Balkon im Herzen der Stadt. Von diesem kann man den Monte Sasso del Ferro auf der am anderen Ufer des Sees sehen, und aus dem Küchenfenster den Kirchturm von Intra. Die Ausstattung ist gut und die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sauber. Das WLAN war leider sehr langsam.

Prachtig verblijf
Prachtig verblijf, temidden van de lokale bevolking. Leuk winkelaanbod, grote markt, op loopafstand meer en prima parkeergelegenheid. Neem daarbij een aardige gastvrouw en je vakantie kan niet stuk! Let op, locatie is wel op 4e verdieping.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, mit viel Liebe Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch noch ganz neu. Lage mitten in der Altstadt mit tollem Balkon. Sehr zu empfehlen, da auch Intra sehr schön ist.

Goede ontvangst. Accommodatie was completer dan beschrijving, er waren zelfs waspods, vaatwastabletten, peper en zout enz. aanwezig! Verder was het appartement heel schoon, alles nieuw en goed werkend. Midden in het wandelgebied van de stad, heel pittoresk. Veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Fußgängerzone, aber vom privaten Parkplatz ist sie gut zu erreichen. Die Parkkarte und den Schlüssel haben wir dann wie vereinbart vor Ort erhalten. Das Appartement ist sehr hochwertig und komplett neu renoviert, großzügig und durchdacht ausgestattet - es ist wirklich alles da, was man so braucht. Die Unterkunft ist außerdem sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, der Balkon ist auf den Innenhof gerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt allerdings im 4. Stock ohne Lift, aber das war ja in der Beschreibung angeführt. Besonders gefreut hat uns ein kleines Willkommens-Geschenk bei der Ankunft.
