The villa is located approximately 100 meters above sea level and dominates the small town of Recco and the Golfo Paradiso.
It has large outdoor spaces and an exceptional view.
Immersed in an olive grove and oak forest.
It has two apartments: A + B

Apartment A is the largest and is proposed in this announcement.
Apartment B is located in the lower part of the villa and is used by the owners who live in Rome and sporadically use it with discretion.

About 200 square meters.
Arranged on two levels.
On the ground floor the living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, wide corridor and large bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Upper floor reachable by internal staircase with three bedrooms, living room, three bathrooms and terrace.
It can accommodate six to twelve with the use of beds, bunk beds and sofa beds.
Terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and motorized tarpaulin. Garden and swimming pool.

The land is terraced. The various terraces (called fasciae) are supported by walls of stone quarried on site and worked according to local tradition.

The position of the villa is favored by the presence of the sun from morning to evening because it faces midday.

Its position elevated above sea level gives it an atmosphere of peace and tranquility characterized, on hot days, by the singing of cicadas. The chirping of birds is a continuous soundtrack.

You are isolated, but you witness the life of the town because you notice the cars moving and you have the constant sensation of being in the centre.
