Amazing Getaway

We had an amazing time at this little country getaway!! Luciana was amazing and was there for us for anything and everything we needed. The home is in a great location, and close to everything!! We'll definitely be back!!!

Toller Aufenthalt

Schönes Ferienhaus auf Sardinien

Mann kommt von den Ferienhaus in ca 15 bis 20 Minuten zu traumhaften Stränden. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber die große Terrasse ist traumhaft und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick in das Hinterland die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Belangen.

Una settimana indimenticabile

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in una villa bellissima, a pochi minuti da spiagge da sogno, immersi nella tranquillità della natura. La gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Luciana ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Abbiamo potuto girare per conoscere meglio quei luoghi meravigliosi, anche se tanti ne restano da scoprire. Unica piccola pecca il televisore difficile da gestire, ma in effetti il televisore poteva anche non esserci, perchè abbiamo potuto occupare il tempo libero in piacevoli momenti di colloquio tra amici. Contiamo di tornare prima possibile.

Consigliatissima

Casa molto bella,recente costruzione,ampi spazi esterni,posizione molto comoda per chi tornato dal mare vuole star tranquillo...siamo a 10/15 Min di auto da San Teodoro. La signora Luciana é stata disponibile e accogliente. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questa struttura.

Ottima soluzione per gruppi numerosi di giovani

La signora Luciana è stata molto disponibile nei nostri confronti. Al momento dell’arrivo la casa era in ordine e pulita. Consiglio questa soluzione a gruppi numerosi di giovani, il terrazzo con vista sulle campagne è estremamente vivibile e rappresenta un valore aggiunto per l’immobile. Consigliato!

Appartamento da sogno

Siamo stati accolti dalla Signora Luciana, ci ha dato molti preziosi consigli ed è sempre stata attenta ad ogni nostra esigenza e molto gentile. L'appartamento è molto pulito e ben tenuto, ci sono 2 camere matrimoniali e due camerette con 2 letti singoli ciascuna (una camera e una cameretta a destra e le altre 2 a sinistra) e 2 bagni. Nel mezzo ci sono la cucina e la zona salotto con 2 divani letto e la TV. Uno dei due bagni ha la lavatrice e la cucina è dotata di forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, tostapane e macchinetta per il caffè! Non manca niente insomma. L'esterno è spettacolare, una super terrazza con ben due barbecue, due divanetti, 4 poltrone e 2 tavolini. In più due caratteristici tavoli in legno dove poter pranzare o cenare. La casa è immersa nel verde, ma in 10 / 20minuti di arriva su spiagge bellissime. Noi siamo andati in due famiglie (4 adulti e 4 bambini) col fatto che le camere e i bagni sono opposti avevamo ognuno la nostra privacy, ma allo stesso tempo eravamo tutti assieme! Bella anche l'idea della doccia esterna! Che dire, ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore!

Arbeitseinsatz und Spaß verbinden

Wir waren mit 8 Personen zu einem Arbeitseinsatz in Olbia. Tagsüber arbeiten, aber abends entspannt zusammensitzen, grillen und Spaß haben. Die Unterkunft hat alles was an Bildern und Text versprochen wurde gehalten! Tolle Anlage und sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Jederzeit wieder!

Toller ruhiger Ort mit schöner Aussicht

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die aber nur Italienisch sprach. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Auch Sonnenliegen für die großzügige Terrasse wären schön. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer.

Repos très apprécié dans une maison luxueuseloin du tumulte touristique

Séjour reposant à la campagne mais aussi pas loin de la mer (qqs kms) Luciana et son mari Francesco sont très accueillant et très gentils La maison est immense et très bien équipée (literie de qualité, barbecue, lave vaisselle, télé, WiFi, terrasse, parasol...). Je recommande l'endroit !!!

Ottima casa

La proprietà si trova in una zona abbastanza lontana dal centro ma disponendo di un'auto non è un problema. La casa è molto bella e dispone di un'ampia terrazza con divanetti. La notte si soffre un po' il caldo e purtroppo i ventilatori a disposizione sono molto rumorosi. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi ma l'host è stata sempre disponibile. Carente il servizio di pentole che per 10 persone risultava non sufficiente per i pasti.

casa perfetta anche in 10

nel mese di luglio 2020 abbiamo affittato questa casa per trascorrere una settimana in 10 ragazzi di 17-19 anni ed ha soddisfatto ogni requisito. Casa con spazio interno ed esterno barbecue cucina ben arredata e camere nuove. in meno di 10 minuti si è al centro di san teodoro.

Sardegna in settembre stupenda

Siamo stati, con un gruppo di amici nella proprietà della signora Luciana, la seconda settimana di settembre. La posizione è stupenda, vicina alle spiagge più belle della costa nord-est, proprietaria gentilissima. La doccia in giardino non è mai stata utilizzata, un bagno in più sarebbe stato perfetto.

Villa, Relax e tanta, tantissima pace!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana presso la Villa della Signora Luciana, gentilissima prima ancora che arrivassimo in casa già mesi prima. Arrivati ci ha spiegato tutto per bene. La casa è stupenda, come in foto, grandissima è tutto nuovissimo, c’è qualsiasi cosa per poter passare un soggiorno completo. La cosa più spettacolare è il portico, davvero enorme e completo di due barbecue in muratura, tutto condito con una strabiliante vista sulle colline di Schifoni. Soggiorno perfetto, noi eravamo un gruppo di 8 ragazzi, tutte coppie, quindi il fatto di avere 4 camere da letto è stato davvero perfetto. La Villa è vicinissimo a tutti, mare, spiagge, supermercati, ecc... Vacanza 🔝

Posizione vicina a sanTeodoro, strategica , immersa nel silenzio delle colline e della natura. La casa è pulita, curata con uno spazio esterno favoloso. È tutto nuovo e non manca nulla! Super super consigliata. La proprietaria accogliente, molto discreta è sempre disponibile.
