Located on the 3rd floor of a safe and familiar building, with a 24-hour doorman. Just 10 minutes from Cardeal Arco Verde metro station, all kinds of shops around, supermarket, pharmacies, banks, bars and restaurants. Ideal for a couple with children or a group of friends.

The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and SmartTV.
