Great location In Corralejo

The property was fine but tired. Stained bedding and old towels need upgrading. The shower is old and leaks and the toilet is loose. A lovely sunny balcony but sun chairs are cracked. Would benefit with some upgrading.

We will be back

Originally we booked a different apartment. Due to some constructions we had to change the flat. This was perfectly organised by Gustavo and he offered an alternative before we started our trip. The new flat was located a bit outside of Corralejo. So you had to walk 15-20 minutes to the city center and roughly 10 minutes to the beach. Therefore we had quiet nights compared to living in the city center. A bus stop was also close by to our flat. We enjoyed also the balcony a lot and the really perfect communication with Gustavo.

Poor timing

Started badly as maid had used neat bleach on bathroom floor so my sons new shorts were ruined! Then got worse as both pools you see in the pictures were being renovated so drills and kango guns going all day long. Lots of dust blowing around as a result. If we had known we were going to a building site we would not have booked. Apartment needs a general refresh as doors warped by sun were banging in the wind all night so had to wedge cardboard in doorframe to stop it. My daughter is only 4ft 11 and kept banging here head on bedroom ceiling upstairs so if tall then not for you. Very hot up there and needed a fan but the one provided was rusted and did not work. Patio chairs were all cracked so had to put towels on seats before sitting on them. Location is good for everything but we got unlucky with building works during our stay. Finally just beware scammers - two older teenage girls knocking on doors asking if you could braid their hair! Positives were good weather, a new washing machine, well equipped kitchen and good shower!

Disappointed

The apartment had a great shower although it was old and there was plenty of hot water. Tv had only 3 channels on it so I was told to scan for more programmes but there were no more channels, very disappointing Outside could do with decluttering, there was a broken storage bench and two large planters with mainly weeds in them Will go to Oasis Royal again but not this apartment

Oasis Royal Apartment

A nice apartment in a great quiet complex. The apartment was presented clean and had a good bed and plenty of storage space in the bedroom, a well equipped kitchen, nice lounge area with TV that had many channels of various languages. The balcony was a good size and had the sun for most of the day. The complex was quiet with good pools and plenty of space for sun loungers and was in a great location just off the main street and a short walk to the beaches. The only small negatives were no safe and no sun loungers for the balcony. But I would stay here again and recommend it.

Apartment well decorated and comfortable, clean

The Royal Oasis complex is very well situated for the town centre. There are good shopping facilities nearby, the Spar shop proved excellent for groceries. The pool area was cleaned daily and, with the high wind during our stay, was sheltered and peaceful. The grounds are also calm and well kept. The apart. has a comfortable bed and excellent shower and good basic cooking facilities. The standard of decoration is v. good. The communication and entry into the apart. on our arrival could be improved. All we were told was “if there’s a problem ring Sven!” We had no idea who Sven was at that time, but later spoke with him and he did his best for us especially when the kettle exploded and the electricity went off, losing internet/whatsapp contact and unable to find the trip switch, to the side of the fridge. This was all sorted amicably. However, it would be of help to guests to have a better service on entry with proper instructions in the event of a problem. The booking process was efficient and monies taken in the correct manner with confirmation of the security deposit refund to be returned in the next 7 days already sent. Please see current comments.

Peaceful and relaxing

The apartment was as described in the information and had everything that we needed for a self contained apartment. The apartment was very clean and in a great location near all amenities. In particular the bed was very comfortable. The only extra they could have had was a sunlounge for the deck.
