Watermill Cottage is a stone-built barn conversion located in the village of North Charlton, Northumberland. Hosting two bedrooms; a super king-size (zip/link), and a double, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen, and a lounge/diner with woodburning stove. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, and a lawn and gravel area with patio and furniture. Situated in a small hamlet with countryside views, Watermill Cottage is a lovely cottage in a memorable part of England.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner (initial supply of wood provided between October and April). Rangemaster electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker. Smart 3D TV in the lounge with Freeview and DVD player, 2 x TV's, Amazon Firestick with access to Netflix, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available upon request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front of the cottage is an enclosed graveled garden and at the rear is a small lawned garden, paved patio with table and chairs, accessed from the French Windows opening out from the lounge. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles and cafe 1/2 mile. Note: Welcome pack on arrival. Note: Whilst both front and back gardens are ‘enclosed’ by stone walling, it’s around 4ft high so if you have a dog it should be kept under supervision. Note: This property can only accept bookings with a Friday/Monday arrival/deparute day.
Please note - The bedroom configuration will be a double and twin. If you require the twin to be made into the super-king please could this be requested at the time of booking.

Town: The market town of Alnwick, with its Norman Castle, is just 10 minutes away and offers a wide range of amenities. The countryside surrounding North Charlton is extremely picturesque and the Cheviot foothills and National Park are only a short drive away. A short drive will take you to Embleton Bay, Low Newton by the Sea and Beadnell Bay, each offering lovely sandy beaches.
