The townhouse is located in the so-called "Playa del Tamarit", a holiday district composed mostly of single-family townhouses. It is a quiet area on the outskirts of Santa Pola.

It is a perfect destination for those who seek to enjoy the sun, the beach and nature. The beach of Tamarit, is a very safe beach for children because of its shallowness and little waves.

The house is right next to the Natural Park of the "Salinas de Santa Pola" where you can enjoy the unspoiled nature and observe the native birds, among which the typical flamingos stand out.

Water sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for, because there is a restricted area for kite surfing on the beach inside the natural park and on the beach of Tamarit there is a water sports school "Parres Center" where You can rent equipment and hire classes.
