A beautiful new villa from October 2018 with views of the sea and Pigeon islets, located in a quiet and green residential area, 3 minutes by car from all shops and restaurants, 5 minutes from Malendure beach (Cousteau reserve).
Very pleasant with a spacious bright living room overlooking the swimming pool (protected by alarm), 3 air-conditioned bedrooms including a master suite with its shower room + wc, a large shower room with Italian shower and double sink, separate wc ,, fully equipped kitchen (American fridge with water and ice dispenser, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and capsules, kettle, toaster ...).
D a surface of 147 m2 plus 74 m2 of terrace with swimming pool, arranged on a garden of 1200m2 enclosed with gate.

Diving and Hiking Holiday

We had a great week in the Villa. The Villa is perfect for a family of 6. Leaving room and kitchen have a stunning sea view. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Host was always available when needed. Close to the Cousteau reserve for diving and to some beautiful hikes but also to some superb cove to enjoy a swim. A great stay overall, we will be back!

Beautiful vacation property for families

This property is great for families with children. The outdoor space and the pool was much appreciated. We loved the open air, open concept living area, well equipped kitchen and beautiful sunsets from the patio. Daniel is an attentive host, very friendly and helpful. Close to grocery and markets. Perfect home base for seeing the sites in Bas Terre.

Sejour a la maison tropicale

Nous avons passez un exellent séjour en famille dans la maison tropicale.Super emplacement sur Basse-terre. Maison parfaitement équipé. Même pour notre fils de 2 ans. Lit parapluie, chaise haute etc.. Les hôtes sont très gentils et très arrangeants sur l arrivée et le départ.Merci encore pour l accueil .

Vacances parfaites

Daniel et Sylvie prennent bien soin de leur maison! Maison spacieuse, bien équipée, bien située et très propre! Et que dire de la vue et des couchés de soleil! WoW! La piscine ajoute un petit quelque chose aux soirées très chaudes! Nous avions l’impression de toujours être à l’extérieur avec les grandes ouvertures. Nous étions craintifs par rapport aux insectes, tout s’est bien passé. Les chambres fermées et climatisées ont été bien appréciées. Nous gardons leur carte pour un prochain voyage! Un coup de cœur!

De beaux moments à la villa !

Voyage fin janvier 2023 avec deux jeunes enfants (2 et 4 ans). La propriété était super bien et propre. La vue est très bien également. Terrain clôturé et un beau grand terrain. Nous avions 3 petits chats qui nous rendaient visites quotidiennement, pour ne pas dire restaient avec nous dès que nous arrivions. L'emplacement est super bien et il fut facile de communiquer avec les hôtes. Nous recommandons cet villa !! Nous y avons passé de très beaux moments ! On nous avons adoré Bouillante !

Beau cadre belle piscine accueil excellent seul bémol...même si c est normal en basse terre et en Guadeloupe en général..la présence de nombreux cafards ce qui nous a obligé à traiter durant la nuit....

Grande maison, vue magnifique

La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée et bien équipée. La piscine propre et sans entretien nécessaire pour le locataire. La vue sur mer est magnifique. Juste en bas de la rue, commerces et à peine plus loin plusieurs bons restaurants et toutes les activités possibles de Malendure. Un seul petit bémol sur le jardin, qui semble très récent et n'est donc pas encore très fleuri ni ombragé.

Belle maison vue piscine et mer

Belle vue sur la mer. La maison est nouvelle et très propre. La piscine juste à côté des pièces de vie est pratique pour laisser les enfants se baigner à proximité des parents. Je recommande cette location avec plaisir!
