The rest of the downstairs is open plan with large lounge kitchen and dining room. At the rear is two patios and a double garage with table tennis and a pool table. There is a West wing downstairs which is completely separate from the house with its own side entrance and parking slot. Bayview is located in Sea Road one of the premier roads in Cornwall where the famous Carlyon Bay hotel is.
