the house is located in a private property of 2 hectares located in Picardy in the town of QUEND.
Located in the countryside our domain will make you discover the equestrian world with its horses, ponies, without forgetting the goats.
Our property is located three kilometers from the sea and 1 kilometer from Marquenterre and its reserves.
we welcome you in a magnificent setting and we will share our passion with you.


the house is located in a private property, it is a one-storey house with an area of 140m2 facing south and located on a 2 hectare estate halfway between land and sea and close to shops.
You will have a splendid view of our pastures where our ponies and horses are, you will have a 2000m2 garden.
you will have private parking, a relaxation area with terrace, garden furniture, sunbathing, not to mention the barbecue for grilling.

the house has a living room, a games area, table football, billiards, a bathroom with wc and, a kitchen.
Upstairs, a large bedroom for parents, a dormitory for children, a sitting area where parents and children meet.
The equipment available to you in this house are fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron, TV, CD player and radio.
For your relaxation, bikes are at your disposal.
For babies we provide you with a high chair, a travel cot, a changing table and a bathtub.

nice private home
we were only there for a short one night, but this is a nice home in a lovely town. the owner was friendly and helpful. Would love to come back and spend more time exploring. It was exactly what we were looking for. Merci pour un tres sympathique séjour!

Wir waren mit Kindern für zwei Wochen im Sommerurlaub hier. Die Vermieter sind freundlich. Allerdings ist das Haus im Erdgeschoss recht kühl, das Wohnzimmer war aufgrund von unangenehmen Geruch (Feuchtigkeit) nicht nutzbar. Der Strom wird separat berechnet, eine Kaution ist vor Ort zu bezahlen.

Je recommande fortement cette endroit . Le gîte et super le cadre idyllique un quoi de paradis calme verdoyant fleurie et les propriétaires sont très sympathique. Nous avons passé un weekend merveilleux en famille . Nous avons hâte de pouvoir y retourner.

Gîte très propre, cuisine bien équipée, petit salon, chambre à 3 lits immense. Accueil aimable, seul bémol, le relevé des compteurs était fait avant notre arrivée. Il a fallu insister pour voir le compteur par nous même et il y a avait une différence de 13 kwh en notre de défaveur. A la sortie, le relevé a été fait sans notre présence également.

Endroit de rêve
L'hôtesse Jo, est très sympathique, à l'écoute de nos besoins et très accueillante. Le terrain est super entretenu avec de belles fleurs, des poneys, des chaises longues pour lézarder au soleil. La maison est d'une propreté impeccable, arrangée avec beaucoup goût et très pratique. Les dodos sont confortables et l'espace nuit immense. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour passer un agréable séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Joe

Tres belle proprieté à 6-7 kms de mer. Le calme et le confort dans un cadre tres verdoyant. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et entretiennent bien leur bien. Tres bon sejour pour se detendre le tout a 2h30 de Paris. Attention néanmoins à bien prevoir le linge de lit qui n etait pas inclus dans le prix de la location.

Beau gîte spacieux dans un bel environnement
Gîte très spacieux, confortable, bien aménagé et très propre. La cuisine dinatoire est bien équipée, la salle de bains est grande avec vasque, douche, lave linge et wc. Une salle de jeu avec baby foot et billard fait la joie des joueurs, un salon tv complète le rez de chaussée. À l étage, une première chambre avec un lit double et un lit bébé, et, une seconde en enfilade très grande avec 3 lits simple, bureau et canapé complète l ensemble. Un wc est également présent à l étage. L environnement est très agréable avec chevaux et poneys.

A proximité de Berck où nous allions voir le festival de cerfs volants, cette location en campagne est calme. Le logement est dans le même bâtiment que les boxs des chevaux du propriétaire. On les entend peu. Les chambres, en enfilade, sont immenses. L'agencement du rez-de-chaussée de chaussée est particulier : un tout petit salon TV, une salle de jeux, une grande salle de douche / WC, et une grande cuisine. Les draps, serviettes et torchons ne sont pas fournis.

En toute honnêteté, l'endroit est sympa avec des poneys et chevaux juste à côté. La maison en location est correcte parcontre attendez-vous à payer des suppléments qui n'étaient pas précisés dans le descriptif de présentation quand j'ai effectué la réservation sur le site. Si vous avez un animal sachez que vous devrez payer 50€ de forfait ménage et si vous voulez dormir dans un lit avec des draps il faudra apporter les vôtres pour 25€. Ne pas oublier l'essuie vaisselle cela fait partie des suppléments. Quand vous serez sur place on vous demandera de payer l'électricité sans vous montrer le compteur. Malheureuse anecdote: Nous avions fait la vaisselle la veille du départ et avions laissé égouté sur le bord de l'évier. Au matin nous avions malheureusement oublié de laver deux verres à eaux. Nous avons essuyé une réflexion de la propriétaire qui nous dit que ce n'est pas à elle de s'occuper de ranger la vaisselle. Nous lui expliquons que nous n'avions pas de linge pour essuyer et qu'elle était propre. La proprio réponds sèchement que c'etait à nous de prendre avec notre linge de maison. Il manquait les deux verres. Je décide de les laver et la propriétaire énervée me demande de laisser ainsi et ose me demander mes origines parce que je suis noire. Je n'ai vraiment pas vu le rapport. Bref, finalement j'ai dû régler en même temps que les 50€ de ménage 7€ d'électricité. Cela ne me dérange pas de payer mais j'aurai aimé être informé en amont tout simplement. Payer ma réservation avec des suppléments inattendus et pour se prendre des réflexions racistes je peux vous dire que je n'y mettrai plus les pieds. Depuis des années que je loue des appartements et des maisons, c'est la première fois que je tombe dans une situation pareille avec si peu d'amabilité. Je pense qu'ils nous pas compris le concept d'accueil.
