Renovated beach front villa with stunning sea views. This property was completely renovated in 2014 and among the many improvements are brand new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and more. Located just a few minutes walk from the Praca and the beach of Vale do Lobo. This is the perfect base for your Algarve holiday.
The entrance leads to the kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a separate breakfast table overlooking the living room. Steps lead down to the living/dining area with comfortable seating and satellite TV.
Sleeping accommodation comprises of one twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom and stunning sea views. The master bedroom has a large double bed, stunning sea views and en-suite bathroom. The final bedroom has twin beds.
This villa has a roof terrace with furniture to enjoy the panoramic ocean views.
On the lower level there is an enclosed garden overlooking the beach.
