Immaculate ground floor apartment in the residential area of Pinaret in Puerto Pollensa with private garden and communal pool. Situated in a small block of 6 apartments recently built, the apartment is in perfect conditions, nicely furnished and decorated. The property is only 500m from the beach.
The apartment offers three bedrooms, one bathroom en suite and one shower room.
the master bedroom has an e-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and also has a door which exits to the garden.
The other two bedrooms have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and views of the private garden.
Good size fitted kitchen with adjacent utility room. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances.
The lounge diner leads onto a very nice wood decking terrace and the large private garden of 128 sq.m with a built-in BBQ.
The apartment is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, making it comfortable all year round. In the summer you will also enjoy the communal swimming pool. One parking space included. There is free Wi-Fi.

A great week away

The property was very comfortable and spacious and clean with everything that you would need for a great holiday. Excellent showers and beds. Nice welcome pack. WWoulststay stay again

Our week in Puerto Pollensa.

This 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom apartment has everything to make it like a home from home. It has superb wi fi, access to Netflix and TV programmes. It is really close to the seafront with the lovely beach, great restaurants and it is very close to the major supermarket. It is spotlessly clean and everything works. It has a lovely, quiet pool area. This was the third time that we have stayed here. Need I say more?
