The Wyndham Palm Aire is a tropical golf and spa treasure. This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is located about 10 minutes outside the city of Fort Lauderdale. The Wyndham Palm Aire is a gated community with security on staff 24/7. The resort amenities are 4 outdoor swimming pools, outdoor children's pool, tennis courts, 3 golf courses, 2 outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, day spa and salon, playground, miniature golf, and basketball court.

The Wyndham Palm Aire resort front desk requires a security deposit of $250.00 upon check in. The security deposit is refunded at check out. Also, the resort has a $20.00 daily fee for parking.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation will be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo needs to be 21 or over. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

Fish Smell

The room smelt like fish. Maintenace put some fragrance in the HVAC but only lasted an hour. We ended up just leaving the sliding door open while we were home.

Great stay

Great space for family of six. We loved having an in-unit washer and dryer. Property is reasonably well maintained. Kids loved the pool, waterslide and shuffleboard. The resort curates a diverse menu of activities for families including karaoke, pickleball and putt putt tournaments, etc. Location is 15 min from beach but access to sister property on the beach is clutch. Several shops nearby including WalMart. Close to I-95 and turnpike for broader southeast Florida travels. Overall we enjoyed our stay and going this good value bang for the buck.

Great time BUT

The property was perfect BUT very little information was given for the surrounding area regarding restaurants and activities. You received a short list but very little information upon arrival. We went to an incredible restaurant that was not on the list and found on our own.

This is a lovely resort

We had a great time. The only thing we were upset about was they booked us in the main building but after 1 night they decided that the building was now closed for renovations. We were woken up at 8:30 am with a phone call and needed to move our family of 5 to a new building right away. While packing we were construction works keep coming in to see if we were do . Beside packing up our luggage we also needed to pack up the groceries. It took up a good part of our afternoon.

Beautiful vacation

The resort was absolutely beautiful. Lots of extra exciting things to do. Tuesday they have a wildlife presentation and we got to see and touch animals we have only seen on tv or in books. It was something to do everyday. Definitely will be going back

Very nice resort

This place is exactly as shown, it is a great place for a family with children, although the game room, weight room and sauna was not open, we still enjoyed the live entertainment daily and the pool bar was great. I would highly recommend this place. You will love it.

Great value, clean, & entertaining

This property served our family well as a great value that had plenty to keep the kids busy while my wife and I enjoyed the pool. The room was very clean and everything was exactly as pictured in the booking listing. This condo complex seems to be very popular and the only negative is that you should plan ahead for the potential that your room is not available for the 4pm check in, likely due to Covid staffing is the best we can assume. Our room was not available until 7pm and the three guests checking in at the same time as us were all told the same as they were “booked at capacity”, but overall it was a minor delay.

We enjoyed our visit

The property was clean overall. The check-in process was long. We arrived a little after 4:00 pm and it took almost 2 hours for our room to be ready. The front desk said they were short staffed. (No fault of the condo owner.) The burgers were delicious at the Kisses restaurant on-site. There was no social distancing at the pools and didn't have nearly enough seating on the children's side. Our family weren't overly concerned but if you are concerned about COVID you might want to be prepared for that. This was a nice stay overall....we usually have a positive experience at Wydham's. Condo was clean and we'll stocked.

Everything was great! Please add more chairs by the pools.

The rental process was easy. Please tell your Club Wyndham employees to only follow up 1 time, I had 3 different people calling and texting me about 4 times during a 5 day vacation.
