Luxury holiday home 200m from the beach, Joossesweg

A luxury detached holiday home with lots of privacy and views of a nature reserve and a 5-minute walk from the beach. The house was renovated in 2018 and has a spacious living room with open kitchen. In total 4 bedrooms including 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and two bathrooms.

Great comfort, use of beach house and two bicycles available! Within a few minutes you can walk or cycle to the cozy Zoutenlande or Westkapelle, but enjoy peace and space at home!

Decorated with care and taste and focused on a pleasant stay. TV (foreign package), dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, 2 fridges, oven, microwave, kitchen appliances, bed linen, towels, tourist tax, all included!
Downstairs you have two bedrooms and 1 shower room. Upstairs you will find 2 large double bedrooms (with box springs) and a bathroom with a double sink and rain shower.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Willkommensgruß über die Ausstattung des Hauses, die keine Wünsche offen ließ, bis zum sehr gepflegten Zustand des Objektes - es war rundum ganz toll.

Tolles Haus in bester Lage

Wir haben im März 2025 eine Woche in diesem schönen und gepflegten Haus Urlaub gemacht und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Haus ist bestens und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Man merkt sofort, dass hier der sympathische und freundliche Gastgeber Vincent sich persönlich um alles kümmert. In nur 10 Gehminuten erreicht man den Aufgang zum kilometerlangen Strand von Westkapelle. Auch außerhalb der Badesaison bestens geeignet für lange Spaziergänge und einen Drink oder mehr in den zahlreichen Strandpavillons. In die hübschen und interessanten Städtchen der Umgebung ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Alles in allem ein gelungener, leider viel zu kurzer Urlaub!

Besser geht es nicht

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wunderschön gestaltet, hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet und der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften zum zweiten Mal Gast in diesem Haus sein und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt!

Urlaub im September

Sehr schönes, sauberes und voll ausgestattetes Haus. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Vincent, der Vermieter ist sehr angenehm, hat man so, nicht oft. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten ein paar schöne Tage, was natürlich auch mit der Unterkunft zu tun hat.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten. Besonders das Strandhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Am Strand sind schöne Restaurants mit Blick aufs Meer. Allerdings muss zuerst die Düne überquert werden. Viele Stufen rauf und wieder herunter.

Familienurlaub in Westkapelle

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Auch die Umgebung und der kurze Weg zum Strand, selbst die Sonne ließ sich nach zwei trüben Tagen blicken und wir konnten alles genießen

Wir haben ein super ausgestattetes, sauberes Haus vorgefunden, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Spaziergänge an der Nordsee konnten wir jederzeit machen. An stürmischen Tagen war der Besuch von Veere, Oostkapelle auf unserem Programm. Der Markt in Middelburg am Donnerstag war sehr beeindruckend, dort haben wir Kippeling genossen und uns mit Käse eingedeckt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder nach Zeeland.

Es hat uns (drei Generationen) sehr gut gefallen. Das sehr gepflegte Haus mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre hat uns das doch eher durchwachsene Wetter vergessen lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Met 6 personen geweest, ruimte genoeg. Lekkere bedden en mooie douche. Enorm gastvrij ontvangen. Dicht bij strand. Mooi uitzicht op natuurgebiedje. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug.

Besser geht es nicht! Wir haben in einem sehr sauberen, komfortablen und günstig gelegenem Ferienhaus wunderbare Urlaubstage verbringen dürfen. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut. Im Ferienhaus selbst wurde an alles gedacht - viele kleine pfiffige Sachen waren dort zu finden. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wundervolles Haus

Das Haus in Westkapelle liegt am Rande des Wohngebietes. Es ist top gepflegt und ausgestattet, man hat absolute Ruhe, einen großen Garten, ist schnell am Meer oder am See und alles war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt war sehr herzlich und wir kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Wie zu Hause-nur schöner 😊

Vielen Dank an Monique und Vincent, dass wir uns bei Ihnen so wohl fühlen durften. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt, das Haus ist sehr sauber und wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Danke auch für die leckeren Willkommensgeschenke, tolle Überraschung! Unsere Teenager hatten eine eigene Etage mit Bad für sich, was den Urlaub deutlich entspannt für alle! Das Strandhaus war für uns eine super Erfahrung-ebenfalls perfekt ausgestattet für 4 Personen. Auch die beiden Fahrräder waren qualitativ hochwertig und wurden gerne von den Kindern genutzt, sodass der Weg zum Strand oder zum Brötchenholen noch kürzer war. Der Strand und die Ferienhaussiedlung sind sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Wir haben in 2 Wochen viel vom schönen Zeeland gesehen und kommen sicher noch mal wieder!
