"Ossuccio villa on the lake" is a Private 180 lake view air conditioned villa overlooking the island of Comacina,
Sleeping up to 8 guests, the newly refurbished home boasts a spacious private garden, private pool, own boat mooring and docking, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, brand new fitted kitchen and a spacious lake view living area plus private off road secure parking and air conditioning. The home is located just a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and within easy reach of the bus and walking routes around the lake. The ferry is located just a short 3 minute drive from the home. Wake up to the lake everyday from the master bedroom, enjoy breakfast on your private terrace and take in that view!
The villa features a lake view living room with two sofa's and a dining table.
Three bedrooms, Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom plus a twin Bedroom. Three bathrooms in total in the home including the ensuite bathroom, all featuring a shower and wc.
Kitchen with all mod cons, hall,
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in your private garden taking in the sun on the loungers or hire a boat and take to the lake waters, you've your very own private boat mooring.
This air conditioned home boasts secure parking for two vehicles.
We will be happy to organise a private chef with wine's to match sourced from our favourite italian wineries plus cooking lessons at the home-please ask for details.
Boat hire can be arranged on request as well as tours of the lake on a luxury boat with captain to explore prestigious villa's, dine at one of our favourite lakeside restaurants and visit the many hidden treasures here on Lake Como.
Executive chauffeur hire available on request including airport pick up.

The home is located over two levels and affords spacious living inside and out on the private terrace. Private, secure road parking and just a short walk to the local park located next door with bar and restaurant. The home is just a few minutes drive to the ferry stop to access the whole lake plus beach and supermarket.

The home is located in the sun kissed village of Ossuccio. Here you are in the heart of the lake overlooking the island of Comacina where the firework display takes place every summer, yet can enjoy easy access to the local authentic atmosphere of the village life with bars and restaurants away from much of the tourist mass. There is a real local feel to the village. Ossuccio is located directly along the greenway walk meandering cobbled paths next to the lake popular with walkers. The weekly market with superb local produce and seasonal ingredients is also popular with guests that takes place here throughout the summer and in nearby Lenno which also takes place off season.
