Welcome to your own private villa on the exclusive complex of Casas Del Sol. Centrally located whilst still offering peace and tranquillity.
As you will see from the pictures the villa is situated in amongst some lovely gardens and is very quiet and private. Ideal to completely relax, come and go as you please, and yet best of all, it's walking distance to everything in Playa Blanca, the harbour, promenade and town centre, and as you will see the Ferry, which runs hourly to Fuerteventura. Great for a day out to another island (crossing time about 40 minutes)

Your home is furnished to provide the comfort and facilities we all look for when going on holiday, with a blend of traditional Spanish, Canarian and English furniture, which has carefully been coordinated to create, immediately upon entry, what feels like your own private place in the sun, along with outdoor dinning facilities and a small BBQ

There is a beautifully kept and styled swimming pool (exclusive for guests only) which has a life guard on duty all day, with plenty of shade if required.

The villa will sleep 3 adults and there is room for a fold-away bed or cot for small child - both bedrooms have air conditioning on a pay as you go system.

For the enthusiast there are tennis courts available to all our guests (Fee Payable to Reception), keys for which can be collected from reception.

For all inquiries you can call in reception at any time, they are extremely helpful, but should for some reason you wish to still contact us as well, our office is only a 5 minute walk and we will be happy to offer any assistance as well. Our contact details will be supplied with the booking.

Wonderful stay

A beautiful quietly situated holiday bungalow on an excellent complex. Very well equipped. We stayed for three weeks and found the kitchen well equipped for cooking. Loved the gardens, the superb pool and the convenience of the centre of Playa Blanca.

Lovley Little Villa

This villa was an ideal location, everything about this complex was lovely, the well kept grounds and swimming pool, every time you stepped out of the villa there was always a maintenance man around working hard to maintain the high standard of the complex, the complex was fully booked but sitting on your own terrace it seemed like there was no one around very quite and peaceful We had a small problem with our shower head contacted reception and within hours they fitted a new one, nothing seemed to be a problem villas now are as always so helpful BBQ was looking very tired and worn and before we knew it Lee came round with a gorgeous new one, perfect service as always, we love you guys This villa is well situated for everything in Lanzarote, the only thing I would say is that it is needs some TLC it is looking quite tired, being there for the month we noticed the furniture in the lounge is quite uncomfortable and the outside patio furniture could be updated to more comfortable furniture and cushions would also be a bonus for the sunbeds. bathroom and bedrooms were good.

Casas del Sol

An excellent base from which to explore the wonders of Lanzarote, returning each day for a pleasant evening meal on the promenade, then back in 5 minutes walk to relax in this beautifully set little villa within the Casas del Sol complex, looking as close as it can to a typical Lz village. Each villa has its own terrace enclosed by a walk made of lava stones, contrasting with the white of the villa, and so typical of the surrounding countryside. Yes, the villa inside is a little dated, but in very good order and had everything we needed for a most wonderful stay. We would certainly go back. Internet a little variable, and bed mattresses a little hard. Lack of condiments, and inside sweeping brush… I’m struggling, as all was actually fine. The Applemaps directions via Airbnb location were wrong, and my email with directions didn’t get to me till after we’d arrived

Home from Home

We have stayed at 22F on a number of occasions and it really is a home from home. Every facility that you could possibly need is available, a complete kitchen area, comfortable beds, air con and British TV. There is a large patio with sun loungers, garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol also benefits from a covered area for a break from the Lanzarote sunshine.

Lovely month stay

We stayed from 5th Jan till 5th Feb. The complex is lovely and quiet with a lovely heated pool . All very well kept and looked after . Super markets are 10 mins walk ,along with chemist , taxis and bus . Beach is a little further but is a generally flat pleasant walk . Plenty of bars and restaurants along the seafront serving just about every type of food . Some live music in evening but don't come looking for night clubs . The villa it's self is lovely !! It's has everything you need to cook a meal and be fully self catering . Lots of info left from owners .It really felt like a home . Lovely patio where we spent lots of time chilling. Very new washing machine was great to come home with case of clean clothes . Maid service twice a week was good . Very pleasant and efficient. Some great photos in villa of when was built ,owners obviously love their villa . Some of the other villas on site may have had a modern but the traditional style suited us . We will not hesitate to rebook this villa

Great place to relax for a week

Location was good, had pretty much everything you could need. Welcome pack was nice. Not to mention Villas Now. Brilliant ! Very efficient . We had to change dates a couple of times . Very helpful. Towels supplied by resort had seen better days. Charging for Passenger Locator form print off. Fortunate to have stayed in Antigua, Dubai and Santorini since end of August, no-where else charged

Home from Home

We have stayed at 22F on a number of occasions, which shows that the villa meets all our needs. The villa is fully finished with a full open kitchen, providing fridge/freezer, full oven and washing machine, 2 bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and a single, bathroom with shower and a large fully furnished terrace. Highly recommended
