Comfortable terraced house with views over Dartmouth, sleeping four in two bedrooms.
Dart Views is a cosy, pet friendly terraced house with glorious views overlooking Dartmouth and the River Dart. With two bedrooms and a modern kitchen, two bathrooms and glorious sea views, this property sleeps four and is within a ten-minute walking distance of the historic naval town’s attractions. A parking permit is provided for the nearby Mayors Avenue long-stay car park for a single car however spaces are subject to availability. Wi-fi available. Strictly no smoking. Dogs allowed. Without doubt, Dart View is perfect for summer escapes.
Amenities: Four-ring gas hob, electric oven, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and two mobile 'butchers' blocks. Log burning stove. TV, DVD player and CD player with iPod docking unit.
Washer/Dryer. Gas fired central heating and hot water
WiFi. Two small dogs permitted. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces).
Bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided. Private patio with table, chairs and sun loungers. Note: Access is gained via 50 steps to reach the top decking area looking out to sea and river at the top of the garden.
