Homefield House is a well-presented detached four-bedroom house in the heart of the picturesque village of Thurlestone. With spacious living accommodation and easy access to sandy beaches and the South West Coastal Path. Sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms, two of which are en suite, with a ground floor master bedroom, second double and two twin rooms. There is an open plan living, kitchen and dining room which all lead out to the manicure gardens and terrace. Homefield House is the ideal location for couples or a multi-generational family looking for a family seaside break in a quiet, peaceful location.

TV, DVD player, Sky HD, Ipod dock, Wifi available. Off road parking for up to 4 cars and boat trailer. Terraced area with stone paving, table, chairs and bench seating to the front, to the rear a terrace with wooden tables, chairs and sun loungers.

Town: The coastal village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the popular sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. Just a 10-15 minute drive away is the sailing town of Salcombe, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is also a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path, offering stunning panoramic sea views.

Beautiful House in a lovely village

We had a fantastic week. The cottage is gorgeous, really spacious and very well equipped. A lovely pub just down the road (recommend booking) and a well stocked small village shop also.
