Lovely cottage, well-equipped with a good-sized garden and good location for exploring the island. The host answered any txt queries very promptly. Great local shop that does take-out food over the road for a good price.
Honey cottage was a lovely place to stay, a great location for exploring all areas of the island, the cottage itself was clean and well equipped, we really enjoyed our stay.
Great location, quiet setting, peaceful cottage, spacious rooms and living area for a family. The children found the toys fun too. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in and blackout blinds were appreciated.
Downside cleanliness!! thankfully beds and bathroom were clean. Living areas had clearly been swept/hoovered so on a basic level it was clean at first glance. The kitchen was disgusting, greasy and needed to wash up everything before it could be used from glasses and cutlery to cooking equipment. The whole place needs a deep clean (don't look behind furniture). Kitchen equipment seemed an after thought of left over things from someones house clearance, saucepans with a lack of matching lids, chipped crockery etc.
We enjoyed our stay it was peaceful and relaxing, was a good price for a weeks stay to explore Anglesey. We would stay again, but would request our cleaning charge got put to better use next time.
Paddy was very helpful throughout our stay and the cottage was warm, clean and had all the comforts of home. Absolutely loved it and will book it again for a longer stay!
