A few km from the city center of Florence not far from Villa Demidoff park, on the hills, a small and cozy independent loft with private entrance from the Villa's garden. A little hall with a large panoramic room on two levels. Breakfast is served in the morning on the panoramic terrace. A beautiful BBQ is in common with the property owner. Reachable from the City center with a comfortable train in 10 minutes. Lift to public transport (2 km) is offered from owner if required.

Wonderful!
We stayed a week in this loft apartment as we made day trips throughout Tuscany and other parts of Italy. Simonetta was a very gracious hostess. She provided us with delicious breakfast every morning. She was very helpful in getting us to some of our sites to tour with the train and bus system. Staying here was a huge part of a successful vacation!

Simonetta is the best
Simonetta was an amazing hostess! Made us breakfast and took his to and from the train station. She was available by text at all times of the day. The loft was great and comfortable as well!

Even better than we expected!
We absolutely LOVED our stay with Simonetta. First, we got in very late due to some travel issues (2am) and Simonetta’s son was still there to greet us and show us to the loft. Breakfast was excellent—croissants, fruit, and coffee—in a great little dining room of Simonetta’s home. The loft itself was beautiful and well stocked. The grounds of the property were stunning and we loved just meandering around through the garden and also going for a walk through the neighborhood. Simonetta made us dinner on our full day there, and it was every bit as amazing as a home-cooked authentic Italian meal sounds. Definitely a highlight! Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Simonetta is attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and very communicative and the loft was the perfect place for us to enjoy a slice of Tuscany.
