Isabelle and Jean ELIAS welcome you for your holidays in Charente-Maritime, in Chaillevette, in an old tide mill whose existence dates back to the 15th century, the current building having been built between the 17th and 19th centuries.
Its location on an oyster port typical of the Presqu Arvert Island, on the edge of Seudre and in a Natura 2000 area, will seduce you with its authenticity and its wild beauty.
Your accommodation will be, among others, near the beautiful sandy beaches of the Grande Côte, the seaside resort of Royan, the forest of Coubre, the zoo Palmyre and Ile d'Oleron. It is on the 2nd floor of the mill, (without elevator) and has private access. Minimum age of holidaymakers: 15 years old. You will have free access to the large swimming pool (12 X 6m) and outdoor facilities: equipped plancha, barbecue, picnic tables, ping-pong, garden).
