It has air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and two terraces. On the entrance floor, there is the kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with a dining table.
On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with bathroom and another terrace with 360º sun.
The Space:
We are located in the municipality of Nueva Andalucía, a spectacular tourist destination in full expansion, belonging to the city of Marbella, about 6km from it. With residential areas of the highest standard, among the most expensive in Europe, with a whole range of services and amenities that can satisfy the most demanding guest. Golf courses, top class hotels, activities in pure Mediterranean nature and an important extensive variety of gastronomic and leisure activities unique in the area.
The Neighborhood:
Los Naranjos de Marbella is a beautiful complex of Mediterranean style, with apartment buildings of no more than 2 heights (without elevator), large and impressive gardens, huge palm trees and a unique nature setting in Marbella.
A few meters from our accommodation and within the complex, we have the Los Naranjos Shopping Center with Mercadona supermarket, cafés and a Yoga Center. A few minutes by car you will also have access to the main golf courses in the area.
Don’t forget that in less than 5 – 10 minutes away you will be in Puerto Banús and Marbella, world renounced centers of tourism and leisure.
