The Space

The fully equipped kitchen meets all culinary needs, and the adjoining living area provides an ideal spot for relaxation. For your convenience, air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi are available and after a full day exploring Lisbon, the queen-sized bed promises a restful sleep.

The Neighborhood

Nestled by the waterfront, Alcântara sits between Ajuda, Belém, and Santos, constantly enjoying its strong bond with the Tagus River. From the lush greenery of the Monsanto Forest Park to the river's edge, this neighborhood boasts trendy eateries, revered museums, and innovative spots like the LX Factory or Village Underground, a cultural hub identifiable by shipping containers sitting on top of each other. The docks embracing the river, together with the Doca de Santo Amaro, draw weekend and evening crowds to its many restaurants and bars inside former warehouses.
Alcântara's industrial charm blends seamlessly with its modern vibe. Moreover, prominent city sights are easily accessible, thanks to efficient transport links. For beach enthusiasts, the sands of Cascais and the coast beckon, just a short train journey away.

* Weekend live music and passing airplanes characterize the area. It might not be the best fit for those sensitive to ambient noises.

* The building is currently undergoing construction on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rest assured, weekends and hours outside of this time window remain undisturbed by any construction activities.
The work is expected to be completed by the end of May 2025.
