- Check out between 10:00 and 13:00 = 35% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
- Check out between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm = 50% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
- Check out between 16:00 and 20:00 = 75% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we ensure that our cleaning standards meet current hygiene standards. Therefore, the following measures are being taken:

- Provide hand soap in all bathrooms.
- Cleaning of all sheets and towels at high temperatures and with products that eliminate 100% of germs.
- Change all sheets and towels after each stay.
- We ensure that the property is ventilated and disinfected between guests. We also use an ozone machine to disinfect the air in all our properties.
