This property is one of the most newly renovated on our program and is an all-time favorite! Feel the instant relaxation entering the unit from the open and airy kitchen to the big living room with a flat screen TV, all complemented by the gorgeous coastline view. You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen to cook during your stay, even a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. There is ample space at the dining table to seat your guests and also a bonus dining table adjacent to the living room’s tall windows. In the master bedroom, you have balcony access, a flat screen TV, a large king-size bed, and private bathroom. In the guest bedroom, there is a set of bunk beds with a full bed over a queen, plenty of drawer space, and access to the guest bathroom. The couch in the living room also pulls out into a queen-size sleeper for extra guests!


The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! The Beach Manor building is beachfront – only a few quick steps until your tired feet set foot on the white, sandy beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your east allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.

The Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village are a quick drive away and offer amazing places to shop, a marina, and perfect spots to catch a sunset after a long day on the beach.
