A wonderful holiday and fantastic place to spend it

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. It’s my husband’s and my fourth year but first time staying at Michèle’s lovely apartment. Well equipped, incredibly clean, and well situated, this was the perfect place to stay for our gateway to enjoying Beaulieu.

Fantastic studio apartment

Lovely apartment in the centre of Beaulieu sur Mer. Minutes to all beaches, train and shops. Fantastic walks to Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. Brilliant Super U that has everything you need. Beautiful scenery and wonderful little town.

Monolocale ben attrezzato e pulito. Balcone molto carino. Si trova nel centro del paese e vicino al mare (circa 300 metri). Presenza di aria condizionata e wi fi. Risulta un po’ difficoltoso trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Ci ritorneremo 😃

Centre of village stay

Brilliant location. Easy access to all amenities. Train station only 4 minutes walk. Fantastic supermarket next to train station. Lovely property with everything you would need. Our lovely hosts, Jacques and Sylvie, met us at the station late at night and helped with our bags and they were very helpful with a couple of queries. We would recommend this apartment.

Séjour formidable !

Nous avons été très heureux de passer quinze jours dans le studio de Mme Magne , très bien équipé . Nous avons profité de la terrasse très bien exposée. Nous connaissions déjà Beaulieu à d’autres périodes de l’année . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce studio.

Agréable séjour

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé. La terrasse avec de jolies plantes donnant sur le jardin permet de prendre ses repas à l'extérieur.

Location super bien située pour rayonner autour

Accueil très sympathique, location très bien située, proche de tous les commerces boulangerie excellente en bas de l immeuble, super U a 3 min avec la gare, super bonne pizzeria en bas de l immeuble. Location très bien située à côté de Monaco, Menton, Eze. On a pu aller à l île Sainte Marguerite et Saint Honorat à côté de Cannes. La terrasse de la location est super agréable pour déjeuner et dîner. Le plus studio climatisé, on apprécie beaucoup quand on rentre d une journée de rando. Je conseille cette location à Beaulieu-sur-Mer car la ville est très accueillante.

super séjour

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce studio très agréable, fonctionnel, sécurisé (badge pour accéder à l'entrée, à l'ascenseur et aux escaliers ), par ailleurs la résidence est très calme malgré la proximité du centre ville.L'absence de parking privatif n'est finalement pas problèmatique car on peut stationner la voiture dans les rues environnantes moyennant un coût modeste ( 20 € la semaine, forfait résident à régler au parcmètre ).Les plages de Beaulieu sont à 10mn à pieds mais nous avons préféré la plage de villefranche sur mer ( en train vous y êtes en 2 mn ).Les possibilités de balades sont nombreuses ( tour du cap Ferrat, sentier Eze plage à Eze village, mont bastide...).Mention spéciale à Mme BABEN pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils!!!!

location idéale pour visiter la franch riviera

location conforme à l'annonce, beau studio très spacieux et lumineux, terrasse bien abritée du vent, permettant de déjeuner et lézarder au soleil. L'accueil se fait par une personne très sympathique habitant à côté qui connait le coin et nous donne beaucoup de bons conseils. Propriétaire à l'écoute des clients et obligations contractuelles faites en bonne et dûe forme.Les dates d'arrivées et départ ne sont pas obligatoirement du samedi au samedi, c'est un bon point pour éviter les bouchons. L'emplacement en plein centre ville est idéal pour laisser la voiture : on fait tout à pied, tout est à proximité (grande surface, marché, petits commerces). Pour visiter la french riviéra et l'arrière pays, on est bien situé, en plus le bus est à 1€ (vu le prix du carburant et du stationnement, il ne faut pas hésiter) avec l'arrêt à 2 pas de l'appartement, la gare est aussi très proche. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, on s'est régalé avec les corsos, carnaval, bataille de fleurs, combat naval.. et on s'est bien baladé sur la côte et l'arrière pays en profitant du calme et de la douceur de l'hiver. C'est sûr nous reviendrons et n'auron pas à chercher une autre location.

"Beautiful and clean flat...

"Beautiful and clean flat. The accommodation was very comfortable and everything was very tidy . The flat was well-appointed. The owner is very friendly and cooperative. The flat is in a quite area and close to the beach, Train Station, Restaurant,Shops. All in all, it was a great and relaxing stay."
