If you are looking for a quietly located Ibiza Holiday villa yet close to all the amenities, Can Llusia is for you.

Villa Can Llusia is a large, modern and extremely impressive villa. It offers luxury accommodation for a reasonable price. It is set in quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

The house is fully air conditioned throughout, including the 5 bedrooms. Villa’s interior tastefully combines traditional local art and architecture with modern luxury, giving you the best of the two worlds.

On the ground floor you will find large and bright living room with a very comfortable sofa, dining table, equipped with a flat screen TV and home cinema. The living room has cable and satellite channels. This has every free view, paid sports channels across the world, sky sports, sky movies, box office . There are also available TV channels from various countries and in many languages like: Canadian (FR), American, Arabic, French, German, Italian, Pakistani, Indian, Dutch, Polish, Spanish, Turkish and Australian. (Please note these options in different languages can change, please check before arrival).

The modern and fully equipped kitchen, provides you with perfect space preparing those delicious holiday family meals. Meals that can be joyfully enjoyed at one of the al fresco dining tables in the surroundings of your very own mediterranean garden. The Villa is provided with tap water and the villa is treated with Osmosis water treatment. Meaning that you have drinkable tap water. If you are island an regular you know how unusual and valuable this is.. No more carrying those heavy water bottles in boiling heat …

On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower.

The spiral staircase, looking like straight from a movie scene, takes you up the the first floor where you will be welcomed by your own keyboard playing space. Do you play ?

The king size en suite bedroom on the first floor decorated with large art work of sunset behind the iconic Es Vedra is a true royal rest oasis. The ensuite bathroom has not only a round bath but also walk in shower, all for your comfort. So bubbles and champagne?

On the first floor there is also a double room, twin room and a single room sharing a bathroom with a walk in shower. The Master bedroom, twin and double all have access to the large terrace with some lovely views of the hills and of course the pool and garden views.

Outside there is a salt water pool, sun loungers with comfortable cushions, a large terrace with 3 entrances to the house, beautifully landscaped and very well maintained garden.

There is a portable BBQ, and large dining table for al fresco lunches and dinner, for a true holiday experience!

When you feel like venturing out, San Antonio bay is just a moment away by car, or a 10-minute walk, here you will find shops and restaurants, and the beach with the iconic sunset views. From here you can enjoy a short walk or catch a water taxi to the surrounding beaches of Cala Conta, Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida, which are a few of the best on the island!

Just 20 minutes away by car you will arrive in the capital of the island, Ibiza Town, and with its shops, bars, restaurants, port, and historical old town, it is a must do for sightseeing. The Dalt Vila is a medieval fortress and is the heart of the old town, its winding cobbled streets throughout are filled with small traditional boutiques and museums, a spectacular church at the top and incredible views across Ibiza and to Formentera, as well as 5-star dining. The club Pacha is also located here and there are stylish bars along the mariner.

Having your own car will give you a special sense of freedom, independence and possibility to see Ibiza in a more authentic way. You will be able to get to all the hidden gems of the island in your own time, therefore we always recommend to hire a car. Please inquire to book or request quote.

No extra beds can be added to the villa.

CHECK-IN
Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.
Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 50 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 70 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.

There is an Eco-tax of €2.20 per day to be paid on arrival at the property, in euro cash.
